A few months after I bought myself a dress from them, I had another inquiry so I asked them about the midnight gown's delivery time and was literally confirmed by their customer service on WhatsApp that the dress WAS AVAILABLE and then even told me to "GO AHEAD AND MAKE THE PURCHASE", right after I made the purchase as they asked me to, I confirmed with them again about the delivery, and suddenly they told me on WhatsApp that the dress WAS NOT AVAILABLE, I was confused and so I called their London store and they said the dress was not unavailable, I called their customer service and told them they told me it was available and asked me to buy and the next minute told me it was not available, I only made the purchase because they told me it was ok to do so, but they changed the tone so fast, I asked them the reason, but they kept dodging my question, and then very swiftly they shifted the blame to me saying my order was considered a fraud by shopify and it was totally not their fault and so they could not ship the dress to me, I asked them why they told me the dress was in stock and asked me to buy and the next minute told me it was not in stock and had to cancel my order, they still KEPT DODGING THIS QUESTION and KEPT SHIFTING BLAME TO ME AND SHOPIFY, I asked them to show me the proof of shopify with a screenshot, they didn't give me any screenshots, only words AGAIN saying it was shopify's decision.
I can totally accept that they made the mistake about the stock availability, but blame shifting to the customer in order to dodge the mistakes that made by themselves is totally unacceptable, let alone to say I HAD TO CONTACT THEM A FEW MORE TIMES IN ORDER TO GET MY REFUND BACK! And right after I gave a bad rate to their customer service when they asked me about their customer service's quality, their customer service on WA blocked me (I didn't add them as a contact anyways so it didn't matter), the attitude was just so uncomfortable... So dishonest... Won't buy again... For sure they don't care if you come back or not:)
