I was on their website and had an item in my cart. I did not hit purchase, I hit cancel it automatically purchased the product in my cart on Christmas Day. I contacted them right away asking them to please cancel the order and letting them know about the glitch. They got back to me the next day and told me that it was already processed and they couldn't cancel it. That I could refuse it when it was delivered or return to sender and bring back to UPS to get sent back. The funny thing is that this isn't scheduled to even be delivered until January 13th. They were absolutely no help. This could have been canceled definitely. Because why in the world would I spend $70 on a cleanser lol. I even had a coupon code I was going to put in but again there's something wrong with their web page. I don't recommend purchasing from them very scammy and very overpriced for a whole lot of nothing.

I am following up on a previous review. I received the trial skin care. I’m glad I only paid $10.00 for it. It’s so so tiny. I fell in love with the cleanser which came in a pump. Nice. It smelled heavenly. It was creamy and dreamy. My skin did not feel dried out after using it, so the cleanser was a solid 5 ⭐️. The serum came in a tiny pour bottle. It was okay. It was not as fragrant and it did slough off after it dried. It felt good on my skin though and not sticky. Just didn’t absorb completely. The anti aging oil sample smelled woodsy and earthy but it was sticky and difficult to get out of the bottle. Thanks for trial, folks.
