Question in English, answer in danish? Late answer. Problem not solved

This company stated on their website that my product was in stock and would be delivered in 1-2 days. This was not the case at all. It took a full week to arrive after I sent multiple emails while watiting for it. A company based in Denmark that sends their products to the Netherlands should never make this promise as it's not logistically possible. The product is quality but the sizing chart was not accurate enough so I had to exchange the product for a different size and wait another 10 days for the exchange.

The response from the support department was expeditious.

I am very happy and satisfied with the posture corrector we bought. Me and my wife use it every day and it is so comfortable and healthy. You can use it at home, in the car, and office. It is not visible under your clothes at all. It improves your posture and makes you stand very cool and proud!

I was between sizes, so returned one size for another. Customer service was responsive and friendly.

This t-shirt actually works. Recommend the one with zip if you have any mobility issues or problems with unstable shoulder/neck.

Product sits good, after a retour. Sizing is wrong. I was measured a Medium, but needed a XL.
The retour and exchange for a new product is very long and tiresome. Sadly. Good product though, slowly wearing it in.

So far, so good.
The delivery and the product were as advertized--no surprises is good.
Putting them on can be challenging, (practice already improves this) but if they weren't tight, they'd be useless.
I really haven't had the shirts that long, but they do help with my posture, and it feels like they take some of the strain off my lower back--it's too early to tell if this is placebo effect, or if it will translate into real longer-term benefit.

Got in contact with the support desk because one of my shirt seemed to have a small production error (one of the seams came loose). The responded within minutes asked me for my order number (ordered a shirt two months ago) and offered to replace the shirt. Great communication and great support! Would definitely recommend buying a shirt here :)

I bought a posture shirt xs for a friend who usually wears xs and it looks great and is very effective - she literally CANNOT slouch in it for too long, the shirt won't let her.

I bought an m for myself (I usually wear m/l) and actually I find it maybe a bit loose, it doesn't seem as tight or as effective as for my friend. But the s would definitely be too small, and it does "remind me" to keep my shoulders back, so a success!

Shipment and order handling went well, easy to place an order on the website.

The shirt doesn't fit me very well. It is too wide on the shoulders and arms for me.

Customer service was great, I swapped the shirt for a smaller size.
