Ordered a warhammer 40k jerset from them at the UK games expo, was told it would be a 2 to 3 weeks wait, no confirmation email, no tracking. Phone multiple times was told to email them and no response at all! Will not buy from them again
I have only ever been more than impressed with every order I have made from Anomalia. Most recently, despite the challenges of the manufacturing company changing the release date of the item I ordered multiple times, Anomalia never failed to keep me updated at all times and display a great level of empathy. Pre-ordered a Booster Box for the new Star Wars Destiny card set. Great price and promptly dispatched (arrived on release date of the cards!). The guys even sent out really helpful e-mails to all customers updating on when the boxes were expected, and on the current status of the release date (that seemed to be constantly being moved around by the suppliers!). Great service, will definitely be using again!
