I have a withdrawal for $1008 dated 11/17/2025 that I never received, having a hard time getting this cleared up. It's now been 58 hrs and I still haven't gotten a response from anyone.its now been 4 days and still no response

What a scam.
Made a deposit which Never have been received.

I asked the live chat for support and they laughed at me and was rude. No help from them.
Whoever works there as a live support is the worst person I ever experienced in an online casino.

It took a while before I managed to connect with a human operator instead of AI, however, the operator was very helpful, he understood my problem which was not entirely in the interest of anoncasino.com but he helped me with a human approach, suggested a solution and made sure that the next withdrawal was in order. I don't understand the reviews where players complain about poor communication with the casino or problems with withdrawals. 5 stars for me

This casino is NOT legit. anoncasino.com has no real gambling license and it shows in everything they do.

First red flag: sometimes deposits don’t even go through. Your crypto is sent, confirmations are done, and the balance just doesn’t show up. Then you’re stuck chasing support. They using AI as Support but no answer at all AI will NOT fixed the problems.

Games are rigged. RTP is Rigged. They say “provably fair” but without a license that means NOTHING.

They also use mirrored games/providers, so who knows what you’re actually playing. Without regulation they can tweak RTP however they want.

Withdrawals are another nightmare. Deposits are instant (when they work), but withdrawals get:

delayed for no reason

approved only after you lose more

or answered with copy-paste support replies (AI)

48 hours later and still not even a response. I figured it out. They are absolutely 100% a scam. They will only pay you as long as your total winnings are less than your total losses. As soon as you attempt to cash out an amount that will make your all time total winnings more than your total losses, then they will simply not pay you.. pretty clever scam to make sure that they make a profit off of every single player, whoever plays at their Casino. people like this are despicable. STAY AWAY

8 hours later and my withdrawal still just says “Created”. Not a single response from support even though the AI bot keeps telling me that it will connect me to a live agent for “immediate support”… If it wasn’t for this one experience, I would have given this casino 4 stars but if there’s even the possibility that a casino might make me wait to access MY own money, then that casino automatically gets 1 star or below because I believe that it is unacceptable for any casino to make me wait more than 10 minutes for MY money.If they resolve this issue within a reasonable amount of time from writing this review and are able to convince me that this was a fluke and that it will never happen again, then I will delete this review and I will write a new one with 4 or maybe even 5 stars, because in all honesty, I was LITERALLY just about to make this my go to casino after my most recent activity, but then this happened. I had never had any issues with them until now.

Ok guys, I said I would update if my withdrawal came through. I received my money last night. So it took 2 days. The first 2 withdrawals I did were like 10 minutes. Not sure why this one was delayed. So I give 4 stars. If they get a proper customer service I will give it a 5. Thanks

I actually love this casino. I have had quite a few large cash outs ,which are pretty much instant. If you win over 10k, i think i had to wait a hour to withdraw the rest.I love how they have 100's of games to try from providers I've never heard of. The only issue i have had with them in the past is support is slow and currently I think, non existent. I have been trying to reach out for over a week about $40 i paid for a bonus, that was taken but I received an error. Normally when something would happen, it would be fixed in a couple hours. Now I dont know if this will be resolved. UPDATED still no word. Now I see their cash outs aren't instant as usual. I lowered my stars now because there isn't even a option to cancel the cash out and try it again. I won't be returning to play here anymore.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. This casino is NOT what it promises. I made several deposits. 1 did not go through, but completed on my end. I have their “support” chat the transaction id… crickets…. They marked the deposit and canceled on their end, but it wasn’t. I paid for it and transferred to them. There is no one to talk to besides ai. They tell you they are transferring you to a human and no one responds. They don’t respond to emails. There is absolutely 0 communication from them. I want my money. STAY away from this casino. Withdraws are also very slow!!!

Attempted to withdraw 42$, after depositing loads, my first withdrawal, they advertise instant 3-10 min withdrawals. I submitted a withdrawal its now been 24 hours, no response from support and withdrawal is no where to be seen. Don't trust these liars!

Im giving only 3 stars because their inconsistency of communication. I receive promo emails and what not and the bot will respond but when you ask for a human they say hold on and for over a month I havent gotten a reply. I even emailed a rep directly still no response! They are a good casino outside of this disappointing fact! Don't s mess up and not send the amount of the invoice you create because your money will need to be manually added, and it seems they currently don't have a staff!
