Oh, how much do I love my ring!!! I always admired Line’s creations and was dreaming about one. And then I saw an incredible tourmaline she had available for a bespoke creation and the dream became reality. Line has been so helpful from the very begging and my ring just arrived and is a stunning beauty! Thank you so much for it!

When you order a ring, you are communicating directly with Line. She is so incredibly helpful and will take you through from conception to product. The process was so easy, she was with you every step of the way and would send videos to work with you so that you can find the perfect gem/design you need.

The price is extremely reasonable for the amount of service you get. Payment is easy, invoice was sent via email and I asked for a link to pay so to make it easier as I'm in the UK and I had to pay in Euros.

I got this ring for my engagement as my other half loved it (she mentioned it to me before). I really couldn't ask for a better experience. Once payment is made, confirmation from Line reassured me everything has gone through and the ring was actually made a week or two before the predicted time of completion.

Lastly, the product itself is so well made and extremely refined. She really puts effort into making your dream a reality and I can't be happier!! Shipping was fully tracked through FedEx with detailed tracking from the courier.

I highly recommend them and Line is just brilliant to work with!

I have had an exceptional experience through Anpé Atelier to make a special ring idea into a reality. I reached out about two stones that caught my eye on social media, with a general idea of what I was looking for.

From the first response I could tell that this was going to be wonderfully different to a retail purchasing experience. The most obvious difference was how engaged and enthusiastic Line was about my concept and coming up with variations in design to see what I liked most. I felt very comfortable making requests and asking questions, and it was lovely to work with somebody so passionate about what they do.

The process was very thorough, the initial sketches helped immensely to fine tune the design and to imagine what the final ring would look like. The computer graphics then making the design almost already feel real! I excitedly looked at them a lot whilst the ring itself was being made. A remedy for the anticipation!

The knowledge, professionalism, patience, passion, creativity, warmth and enthusiasm of the customer service I received made the process a pleasure. I was initially hesitant about reaching out as I live on the other side of the globe, but I was guided through the design and purchasing process via email, and it was surprisingly easy! No question was ever a hassle.

My ring and the precious gem report for the stones arrived quickly via insured FedEx. It was presented in a stunning gift bag in a gorgeous, high quality box. The hand written note was a heart-warming addition that matches the attention to detail I noted throughout my whole experience.

I will definitely reach out to Anpé Atelier again for any future investment pieces.

I ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I knew the liked the style of Anpé, so I contacted them. Line helped me through the whole process and we were able to design my girlfriend's dream ring. Communication was very easy with a lot of feedback and support. The finished product looks awesome and this probably won't be the last time we get a ring designed by Anpé.

Where to start? Thank you Line and team for making all my ring dreams come true. When I saw Line’s designs a few years ago I fell head over heels in love with her style and when my other half proposed in Feb this year, I just knew that it had to be Line to who would design my ring. I thought I was going to have to take a trip to Copenhagen, which I was totally willing to do, but when I contacted Line she was actually coming to London and even though she was fully booked, agreed to start her day even earlier just to accommodate meeting me. She is the loveliest, most collaborative designer you could hope to work with. I trusted her from the outset (so much so that I literally gave her an heirloom diamond to use in my design and she took it back to Copenhagen with her). I was super indecisive and changed my mind about my design a number of times but Line was never impatient and never pushy. Instead she always listened to my thinking and created new suggested designs exactly inline with my imagination, even when I wasn’t sure I was able to explain myself well - she just got it. I’ve had updates throughout the process - sketches, 3D designs, pictures and videos of the gems and the setting - I’ve felt so involved and so heard. My ring arrived yesterday and I literally could not love it more!! It’s BEAUTIFUL. Less then 24hours later and I’ve had so many compliments on it and that is totally thanks to Line. It feel so, so personal and so special that I got to be involved in creating my dream ring. I literally cannot wait to get started on my next design with Line and her team as I know for sure I’d never go anywhere else. Highest quality, nicest team and such exquisite jewellery. Team Anpeatelier are THE best and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I found Anpé through Instagram and fell in love with their beautiful designs and all the gorgeous colored gems. When I got engaged I immediately knew I wanted Anpé to design my wedding ring. So we got started and it was the best and most fun experience.

Line was so helpful during the whole (online) process. She is so kind, thoughtful and attentive, and whenever you send a message, she quickly responds and answers all your questions. I told her my ideas and she perfectly translated that into a sketch. While she made 3 sketches, she nailed it immediately with the first one - being my absolute dream ring - but she made sure to give me some options to choose from. The delivery of the ring was fast and safely packed with a thoughtful handwritten note. And let me tell you, my wedding ring is even more stunning in real life! I am beyond happy to have such a beautiful, unique and personal ring forever.

I also had the pleasure to meet Line in person during one of their pop-ups in my country. She is just as wonderful and lovely in person! We designed a custom Varnaya ring that day and it's even more fun in person! While I was looking at all the gorgeous gems and telling her that I love everything (which makes it hard to choose), Line was helpful and patient. She gives great suggestions when it comes to color combinations and the placement of the stones. We decided on a final design, which is now being made. I'm already thinking about the next design. Definitely hooked.

All in all, I have the best experience with Anpé and I highly recommend them to everyone that is looking for something unique while being highly involved in the whole design process.

I discovered Anpe via Instagram and loved their unique designs. I wanted a special ring for myself and had an idea, but no specific design in mind. I was a bit nervous at first because I live in Germany and was not able to see the gemstones in person or get my ring size measured by Anpe. I wrote an email with my request and almost immediately got an answer by Line. She was super nice and picked some gemstones for me, that met my requests and my price range. She sent me videos of the stones she had in mind a I picked one (they were all stunning, by the way). We then discussed the design and I received sketches at first and then really detailed 3D-CAD renderings. We discussed everything per Mail, which was super easy and quick. The whole process was delightful and I felt safe (you spend a lot of money, after all!) and appreciated as a customer. The ring came via fedex and had a nice package and a handwritten note, that was really nice, too. The ring itself was beautiful and well made. I would 100% recommend Anpe for customised jewellery. I now have a unique ring for a reasonable price and had an overall lovely experience.

This has been the easiest and most exciting collab ever!! Saw 3 amazing stones on their Instagram a few weeks back and I now have my dream ring ! They have a very sweet and very professional team!! In my case, the decision to go for Anpé Atelier was very easy to make, as my fiancée showed me their Instagram account and she was impressed by their work. I also liked their rings and decided to buy a bespoke one for our engagement. And I couldn’t have done a better decision!

I had the best experience with Anpé Atelier throughout the whole process and I'm super glad I chose them for designing the engagement ring for my future wife. Line is a very talented designer and on top of that, she was fantastic, friendly, and extremely helpful while choosing the right ring. She always responded quickly and communication was great. The customer service was outstanding, and delivery was on time as she promised. Honestly, the ring exceeded my expectations, and it's even more stunning than it was in the pictures and videos she sent me during the process! I did the custom ring that had a significant meaning for me and the experience surpassed my high expectations. I came across Anpé page on instagram and fell in love with the colourful but simple Scandinavian design which differentiates a lot from the regular diamonds rings sold at several jewellery chains.
From when I wrote to Line until after delivery, Line was so kind, patient and professional. She helped choose the gems and designed a CAD rendering and the actual result was even better!!! Delivery time is approx 2 months so, be sure to arrange in advance! I recommend Line and her team ++++

I have recently bought an engagement ring from Anpeateliercph Jewellery and I think my wife loves the ring more than me 🤪.

All jokes aside I have had one of the best experiences throughout my purchase. Line has been more than helpful throughout the process and gave a personalised service which made me feel very appreciated as a customer. Anytime I had a question or needed clarity she was always there to help me out.

What makes them even more special is that how unique the rings are and how mine is a 1of1. The clarity is amazing and sparkling and the product was also packaged meticulously with information on how to care for it with all the certificates. It also came with a premium case and a dust bag.

I am happy to say that we are already in the works for a wedding band to match the engagement ring!

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Anpé and I wanted to share my story in the hope it will help other customers in the future thinking of buying from them.

Line was super helpful during the whole process, we must have exchanged over a hundred emails and she was more than happy to answer every question I had (i'm not a jewellery expert!) in ways that were easy to understand and she always answered my questions with a smile!

She worked for months with me to find and design the most perfect ring and made sure to keep me informed throughout the whole process and actually added to the excitement of the whole thing as I could see it coming together from choosing a stone, to sketches, to CAD to the finished ring!

The ring was shipped to me securely and again Line was more than happy to explain the customs process (shipping to the UK) and re-assure me taking all of the necessary precautions when shipping such items to the UK. It arrived safely and looked exactly how I expected from the designs and videos she sent me.

Finally - my Fiancé! She absolutely adores the ring! If anything i've been a little overshadowed as everyone's first reaction is "oh my god where did he get that ring from it's stunning!" ha ha! She has told me that the ring is perfect - and she loves that I was involved in the whole design process.

I can honestly say I would recommend Anpé 100% to any other nervous boyfriends who have no idea where to start with their proposal - within a few months I can assure you that you will have the most beautiful ring in your pocket and she will LOVE it. After that, the rest is up to you...

I’ve had three rings from Line at Anpé Artelier and love all of them. Line’s whole process from choosing a style, to a stone and setting is wonderful. Her response times are excellent and so efficient. Every step is transparent and you’re kept up to date really well too. The only thing stopping me from ordering more is my own budget. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and Line to friends.

I’ve been wearing my ring for 4 months and it’s already extremely scratched up.
i was also disappointed in the gold color, i was hoping it would be more “yellow”. it’s stamped as 18k yellow gold but a jeweller said it’s only 14k that’s why the color is so dull.

i’m now saving up to be able to get it al in a new setting with yellow gold that is more vibrant.

I got recommended to contact anpe by a friend and it turned out that it was a fantastic decision. I was in contact with Line whom is a wonderfully service minded and talanted designer. Everything went so smooth from concept to finished product, in this case, an engagement ring for my girlfriend.
