Great customer service from start to finish
Great customer service in general from start to finish. Packed up the rest of our stuff and got them moved from London to West Yorkshire in a day.
Justin and Niel were easy to contact at any point in the days before the move.
The movers Khalid and his colleague were very good, respectful and hardworking. There were a few misunderstandings which I would largely put down to lack of fluency in English but that does not take away in any way from the great job they did. There was no stress at all!
The moving price was much fairer than other companies I received quotes from. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because there were some misunderstandings about additional costs on top of our quoted price. I think it would help if communications between colleagues were better to ensure costs are added more appropriately and additional pre-paid services are carried out in full as agreed. It would have been helpful to know if things didn't need dismantling to go in the truck and then the cost deducted.
Although a bit confused about what I was paying for in the end.We did agree a final sum but that was more due to the fact, I couldn't be bothered to argue it and it was still waaaayy cheaper than other companies.
All in all, thanks AnQ Movers for everything and looking after our stuff in transit.

Excellent Service Delivery
AnQ Movers have a very professional team which made communication and follow up easy. I got 7 quotes from several removal companies but AnQ gave me the best and affordable quote and discounted was added. The quote covered dismantling loading and off loading and assembling. Great movers and highly recommended
Great movers and highly recommended. They contacted me before the move and kept me posted as to what time they would arrive. I had to ring a few times about some concerns and they were very responsive on a Sunday. They took great care of all my items, covering them with cardboard and blankets. Their expert move meant we fit everything in one van load and didn't have any leftover items. Super friendly and helpful and couldn't ask for more. The price was the best out of many quotes too. Will use them again.

ANQ Movers was great and efficient
ANQ Movers was great. They offered good customer experience in reasonable price. They were good in communication. I could easily reach out to them for quote. Neil was responsive and very accommodating. There was a change in delivery time but it was well communicated and Neil helped talk to the driver for collection at a time that is convenient to us. The driver was helpful. Before he arrived, he gave me a call in advance to let me know. He loaded our boxes and bags with care. On arrival, they were brought to our apartment. Overall, it was very efficient and highly recommended AnQ Movers if someone needs to move!

Accommodating, expedient and courteous - the optimal experience
I required a moving service at short notice because of complications with the timings between properties. I used a website which sent my details out to multiple companies for quotes and AnQ Movers were the only ones to get in-touch in an expedient manner.
The first customer service representative I spoke to was both polite and efficient with their use of questioning, in order to establish my exact needs and what, if any, additional services I would require. The price quoted seemed very reasonable given the short notice and I felt content in handing over a deposit. I had to make a couple of adjustments before the moving date and I was accommodated with no questions asked.
The night before the move, some unfortunate personal circumstances arose which meant I was unsure whether I would be able to complete the move.
I messaged the second customer service representative whose details I had been given on my booking confirmation during the night to advise them of this and they were extremely compassionate. After being able to make arrangements with the personal issues, I asked whether it was possible to push the move back to the evening. The team worked expeditiously to try and put things in-place and in no time at all, they got back to me to let me know everything was good to go.
The moving team, consisting of three individuals, arrived at my old property in good time and were very courteous. I gave them some instructions and they worked at great pace while also making sure that my personal belongings were well taken care of.
Upon arriving at the new property, the experience was much the same and they even went as far as to place key items and furniture not just in the correct rooms but also in the places that I wanted them.
I could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the team at AnQ Movers filled me with confidence - which was an important deciding factor for me, considering this was my first time using a moving company. I would highly recommend them to anyone, no matter the size of the job or the circumstances.
If I were to move again in the future I would most definitely be contacting them first for a quote before any of the competition.

AnQ flat move
AnQ sent two movers for my move. The two men arrived in excellent time and were efficient. They also reacted well when in the new place, our lift went out of order (and we were on the top floor of an eight storey building). They nonetheless move everything up the flights of stairs and did so at a good speed.
The extra labour and circumstances did mean I paid over the agreed price in terms of extra charges, but AnQ communicate their terms well in advance and given the standard of service received, I was happy to pay it.
I would recommend them for your next move.

Poor service, belongings broken and abandoned, pet put at risk, hassled by the movers.
I employed AnQ Movers as part of the first leg of a move across country. I chose them primarily as they sent someone out to check how many vans they'd need, which was reassuring. Also important was that they confirmed, in writing, twice, that it would be okay for me to keep my pet on my lap for the journey (in a box, of course).
On moving day, they couldn't fit all my belongings in the van and I had to leave a bunch of things behind. This wasn't a miscommunication, it was the same guy who'd been over and confirmed my stuff would fit, who then couldn't get it all in there.
He then refused to let me keep my pet on my lap, first telling me to put it (in its soft, easily crushed travel box) in the back, before insisting I put the box on the cab floor; something which the RSPCA says can kill the animal.
When we arrived, they unpacked and broke a number of my panes of glass, leaving them in the storage area for me to discover much later when I went to pack them for the second leg of my move.
Move completed, I paid the bill via bank transfer. Bank transfers often take an hour or more to go through, especially large amounts like this. The movers stayed and behaved as though this was unusual and I was trying to scam them as it hadn't yet arrived in their account - despite me showing them the confirmed transfer on the banking app.
The cherry on top is that when I eventually did the second leg of the trip, I packed the hired van myself. I not only fit everything I had left in there, but also a second bicycle, a washing machine and standing fridge.

Highly recommend this company! They were reliable and professional from start of enquiry to finishing off to moving into my home. Communication was on point and always available and accommodating from office. They are very transparent and Neil in particular makes sure he covers all areas of discussion beforehand. On the actual day the removal men were very hardworking and didn't even take a break, which I wouldn't expect. They just got on with it, they was not lacking at all. They worked systematically and done things gently and carefully. I would use them again without a hesitation.
