The company reached out to me and transferred the deposit back to me until they check with their bank.
As of the service itself, I was quoted based on the details I gave them, so there was no hidden extra hours cost. I needed to add something to the initial list so so they added it to the quote in the day itself, while it was a lil expensive but I knew how much I'm paying overall.
Regarding the removers, they showed up on time and they were very polite and efficient.
In conclusion, apart from that payment issue hiccup, it was a good service.

I can HONESTLY say that I would recommend this company 100%. From the initial response to my enquiry, to the last item being moved, their work ethics were second to none. We added a few more items to our inventory and had the quote changed within a few days with no hassle. My advice and what worked for us was to be honest and organised, give them a full list with dimensions of the furniture you want moved and the number of boxes and they will deliver the very best service. Include photos of any awkward access spaces so there are no surprises on the day. We could not fault them.

I wanted to edit my review that I left for this company on the 14th July but I don’t have the option, so here is a new one.
As stated in my previous review the move and personnel involved were very good.
However an unforeseen problem occurred about a week afterwards. As the company only deal with problems reported within 48 hours after the service is completed they have refused to take my complaint on and in fact are choosing to ignore my messages to them.
So if you do use AnQ Movers please ensure you check everything (including their connection of washing machines) and bring it to their attention within 48 hours or you’ll get nowhere with them and could be left with a hefty bill to get things put right.

I had a great experience today with AnQ. My previous building had a problem in the door and the guys had to take a workaround every time they went downstairs, it was much more complex than expected, and yet they were super professional. The quotation process was super easy and I was made fully aware of extra charge for the unpacking service, and everyone ran exactly as agreed. I strongly recommend AnQ

This is our first time using a moving company and I can’t recommend ANQ enough. The two movers were so professional and efficient. It really made the whole process incredibly stress free. They were diligent and made sure they communicated without throughout the whole process to ensure we were happy. The disassembly and reassembly were so quick, all our items were well cared for and delivered in the same condition. Will definitely be using again if we move.

On time and excellent service:
Our move was booked two months ahead of time. Moving from London to Doncaster with a full flat of furniture etc.
The two lads turned up on time and were very helpful and courteous. They were efficient arrived at the destination address and unloaded in the same courteous and helpful manner. They were cheerful throughout even though it was one of the hottest days of the year.
I cannot say how pleased were were with the service we received.

Very happy with AnQ Movers. We needed to move large heavy stuff that wouldn’t fit in a car, like fridge/freezer, wardrobe, divan bed, and cross trainer, etc. Competitive price, good communication throughout. AnQ were absolutely fabulous. Our move was conducted by Simon who helped with every step and provided a very competitive quote. On the day of the move when we were feeling completely overwhelmed and very stressed, Raja, Nick and Ronaldo arrived with plenty of heft and humour and made the impossible possible! Just moved from London to Edinburgh and I am glad I used AnQ service. I booked only the shipment as I did all the packing myself and I can not prize them enough for the timely collection and delivery, as well as the speed of the entire operation. Strong hard working team.
