They arrived a bit later than expected but got straight on the job, was happy with the service, would use them again

The whole process from start to finish was very professional and efficient. Manager, David, was very helpful and kept me fully informed and ensured all my requests were met. The removal team arrived on time and removed the furniture quickly and safely. The guys were very courteous and helpful and unloaded at destination safely and efficiently ensuring all was placed where required. Overall very impressed with service and at a fair price. I would be happy to recommend.

Very good price but not at the expense of quality. The initial quoting process was straightforward and I received the quote very quickly. After accepting the quote, I was allocated a manager for my move who was very responsive to my questions. On the day of the move, Mali and his team arrived on time as scheduled and were very efficient and helpful both with moving my things from the old house and putting them in the new house where I showed them. If I could put 0 stars I would. Removal was so slow, my bed has been left broken and so has my wardrobe. I have given the company plenty of chances to resolve the issue. I was given a “partial refund” previously and was told the rest will be fixed. However, it has now been 4 months. This happened end of August and we are now coming towards the end of December. My glass IKEA mirror with a 5 year old had fallen off along with broken draws. Imagine how dangerous that is. All expensive furniture looks awful. I left a review previously, but was told if I remove the review, it will be sorted within a few days. That was early November. I was then told they had spoken to IKEA and they are out of stock, which is absolute lies because it is the most popular draws in IKEA. Anyway, I’ve given up with the company and will sort it myself just want to WARN everyone that I have had a dreadful experience.

An amazing moving experience which was do positive. So helpful kept me informed as to what order everything would be put on the moving van.They were very efficient. Polite and nothing was too much trouble to do. I would definitely recommend this company. They made a very stressful move simple and I felt relieved that I had found some one who was so helpful.

We recently used the services of AnQ movers and I would recommend them anytime. Their communication was excellent and both David and Oscar ensured that they had all our move details captured. On the day of the move Andreas and his team came over on time, moved our items with due care and did not complain even when they had to wait a bit for us to get our keys. They moved our items without any damage. They even had to dismantle our bed snd cupboards which they reassembled once they reached our new house. Thank you AnQ movers

The movers were okay and efficient on the day and got my stuff from London to Worcester in great time. I would give them 5 stars.

Head office however demonstrated classic pressure selling techniques in order to get the 'sale' in and has left me with a bad taste in my mouth about my experience with AnQ.

I recently moved and used ANQ services. I highly recommend them as they are very professional and offer a great service from start to finish. ANQ are very competitively priced and the service was second to none.
Just wanted to also say a big thank you to David, whos customer service skills were excellent, great communication throughout the process and nothing was any trouble and made this whole move very easy and stress free.

AnQ have provided an absolutely brilliant service throughout our house move. From the beginning to the end was great service, communication, value. All the staff were very helpful, quick to call- email back. The day of the move we received a phone to let us know about the time. Everything went very smoothly. All the furniture ec… we’re delivered without scratch. We were very happy:))
