I can only speak very positively of Abi (Abimola Ulrich). I was tasked with finding a part time carer with a flexible arrangement to provide practical and social support and companionship for an elderly person with a slowly progressive dementia who lived alone and was very reluctant to accept support.
She visited the person in his home twice to get a comprehensive understanding of the individual's needs before allocating the case to a carer she had gone to great lengths to source from her staff. She could not have done more to source a more perfectly tailored match. I was greatly impressed by her communication skills and her gentle considerate manner. On her second visit she brought the potential carer with her to personally ensure that this was an arrangement likely to work. I sensed that Abi is a person who clearly takes pride in her work.
