We have a property management company…

We have a property management company and they do a great job at screening our emergency calls and scheduling showings. Our maintenance department loves Answer Aide because they have reduced the false emergency calls by 60%.

They have been able to assist our company with the influx of calls we received from our TV and radio ads. We try to provide them with plenty of notice before airing the ads; however, sometimes we schedule some at the last minute and they are always very accommodating.

Great format, terrible execution and communication.

As a business that was transparent from the beginning in sharing why we chose Answer Aide over the last service provider we had, the communication has not improved and continues to be full of errors causing loss potential sales and thousands of dollars of business.

Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the last-minute changes you made to the on-call script, and we called the wrong tech during the weekend.

Betros Plumbing still received their regular leads during the weekend, and we did attempt to dispatch the emergency calls to the person we had listed as on-call, but they did not answer the phone.

Great Option to Build Your Automations

We used AnswerAide to build us an automation to welcome our new clients, and to follow up with them over the following ninety days. It checks in with the client to see if they have any questions and solicits for feedback. When we get a good rating it will automatically ask for them to leave a review for us on Google. We’ve been using it for two weeks and already received three reviews. This automation well worth the money.
