There were several issues that needed sorting due to differing phone systems used around the globe but these were addressed very professionally indeed.
We even get regular contact from our 'link' person, Laurence, to check all is going well and to make sure any issues are sorted quickly.

Laurence helped us through the tricky initial setup process, working out how the calls would be handled for different scenarios of contact and customer. Since them we have had next to no problems. Real customers can still get through to us with the rest of the public filtered out. Wish we had set this up years ago.
