Useful and reliable

I didn't find it useful for what I was looking for, although I recognise it is a GREAT platform for some specific data analysis. I recommend it.
After the free 7 day plan the monthly plan was charged but I asked for a refund and they provided in less than a minute which makes them super reliable.

Great Product and Support

Answer the Public has been a valued platform for me for a long time. I did have to contact support, however, due to some confusion.

The support team answered my question satisfactorily, and I remain happy.

I used four stars simply because, under the previous ownership, I seemed to have more options than I do currently.

VERY BAD

VERY BAD, DON'T PURCHASE IT!

I purchased a bundle package of Ubersuggest and Answer the Public for a 1-year subscription. After 2 days of my payment, I can never access Answer the Public anymore as it blocks my access.

Tried to reach out to support, but the original instant CS reply before payment was gone forever. Once you paid, they don't care about after-sales service.
WORST EXPERIENCE.

Adequate customer service if often…

Adequate customer service is often impossible to find these days. Exceptional service is more than rare. For each question that I've had, Answerthepublic's Daniela C. has been jolly on the spot with a most cordial and expert answer.

I had an issue that was preventing me…

I had an issue that was preventing me from being able to Login. I wrote the support email, and received a response that they were closed on the weekend and would reply on Monday. To my surprise, I received a response with the correct solution only about five minutes later. Outstanding service.

THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND

I made the mistake of not joining the premium subscription but using the free version to try out the tool.

There was a problem and I was charged without benefiting from the trial period.

I ask for a refund and they don't want to refund me, it's a scam. A reputable and important company refunds its unhappy customers, no questions asked. The fact that I have to argue like this to get a refund is bad enough..
