Missed deadlines and complete lack of communication from the company

I placed an order on April 7th from antagonistperfume.com. The website states a processing time of 1–7 days, but as of April 20th I have received no update, no shipping confirmation, and no response.

I have contacted the company multiple times via email and phone, but they completely ignore all communication.

This is extremely unprofessional and concerning. At this point, I am starting to question whether this is a legitimate business.

If the issue is not resolved soon, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this brand.

UPDATE:

The company only responded on April 23rd, although the order was placed on April 7th.

They promised to ship the order on April 24th, but no tracking number has been provided.

Another missed deadline.
