Honestly, I purchased a dog toy. Supposedly for an avid chewer. I spent 38$ and my pup had it ripped to shreds in 10 minutes. If I could give a review at minus 5 stars, that’s what I would give this product! Only high point, is the sqeaker is an actual duck caller…keeping that bad boy!

The toy was destroyed within a few hours. False advertising about it being indestructible.

Should have read the reviews before buying. My 9 month old puppy destroyed this toy with 5 minutes. They will only return the item if unopened. They stated you can't return if the item is destroyed. Advertising is false. You can't return the product for a new one if destroyed, just out of money. Don't order from them

Product was advertised as indestructible, not quite, my 2 year old Dachshund had it destroyed in 20 min. Product is junk, avoid at all costs.

This product is terrible. My small 24lb dog tore up their 'indestructible heavy chewer' toy within just a few chews. Customer service, while somewhat responsive, wanted me to pay for shipping back to get a replacement one. I told them I didn't want to pay more for a defective 'not as advertised' product and all they offered was a 10 percent refund on the purchase. We will see if I even get that as they said it would come in the next 7 business days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. PRODUCT IS JUNK. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Although the products were shipped and received, my dog destroyed the apparently indestructible toy within minutes! Complete lie! Won’t be buying again!

A 1 is too high. I wish I'd have read these reviews before I ordered. It's been a month. My order hasn't come. I emailed them and it came back invalid. I just disputed my credit card charge.

These toys are NOT indestructible. My dog chewed 2 of them to peices 2 minutes out of the mail envelope they came in. They say they replace them but i have to pay the shipping of 7.00? I should not be responsible for shipping. The toy cost 9.99. Joke. Do not order from this company.

This company is CHINESE. They are a scam. I saw the reviews after I'd ordered but before my item had shipped. I contacted them to cancel. No response. On their own website it says full refund if you cancel before they ship. They then contacted me to say they will refund but keep 5%. 5% for what?! Luckily, Paypal refunded me in full.

A scam and then they offer 10% refund. The toys that I bought one for my dog and one for my grand dog lasted 1 min before they were torn up. Put this company out of business and DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCT.

Terrible product. My dog ripped up their "indestructible" dog toy in 11 minutes. When I filed a dispute with PayPal, they said if I cancelled the dispute I would get a refund. I stupidly believed them and cancelled it then never heard a word from them again. Total scam.

We ordered the "Robust Duck" dog destroyed it within a few hours. When I asked for a refund got no answer. Then put in a dispute with paypal. They wrote me and said they could not refund while there was a dispute. Argued back and forth for a while but they said they would refund as soon as I ended the dispute. I did and then they went silent. Never order from these crooks.

This "company" is a joke. Dog toy was never delivered. Had inaccurate shipping information. They would not refund payment as they said the item never made it back to warehouse. I NEVER received it to even send back!! Kept stating they would resend. Once I agreed to have them resend item, they quit responding and now my email is blocked.

This company is a scam. I didn’t realize until after I purchased the toy that it was coming from China. Then it showed up 20 days later with an address from New York. It was a flimsy, cheap toy and my dog tore it apart within five minutes. I emailed them and got no response. I don’t even want a replacement because I know that won’t last either. Thank goodness I only lost about $25 but now I’m worried that they have all my info. Stay far away from this company.

Indestructible ... Yeah right.
Our 6 months old Golden pup was gently playing with it. Took her literaly 10 mins to tear it apart.

I foolishly believed their claims that their dog toys were guaranteed indestructible. As soon as I opened them I knew that they wouldn’t last 5 minutes. In fact I could probably pull them apart with my bare hands.
I emailed the company and was offered a measly 15% refund unless I paid to return to the toys toChina! Believe me I’m usually successful when needing to return items but this company point blank refused to honour their guarantee.
The goods are substandard and the company is not to be trusted! Stay well clear of them!
