Stay away from Antargaz
Stay away from Antargaz, this company is a completely rip off. Once you sign with them it will cost you a fortune to finish the contract with them. They send you tones of papers for contract signature and they intentionally does not include general contract conditions where they include biggest damages fees I ever seen in any contract signed in Belgium. When asked about this they show you that they included a link to their webpage somewhere lost in the papers. Why you are not fully transparent and send that clearly as all other papers you attach?? Nevertheless you pay yearly maintenance and their maintenance happens every 10 years, so if you keep a contract for 5 years you have paid maintenance for nothing. Ask carefully about the damages fees at contract closure. The damages are bigger than keeping their tank in your yard and order no gas. They keep threaten you with invoices, even if you have a mediation folder ongoing with them (ombudsman) so in direct disrespect of the Belgian law. I'm sorry I cannot give 0 stars

No respect of scheduled installation
No respect of scheduled installation, very poor follow up, damage to the garden when installing. Easy to join when it comes to signing the contract but not when it comes to solve a problem, had to chase them again and again.

You don't have much choices
Despite being the only choice, or let's say barely the only one, in Belgium, Antargaz is for sure not efficient in the treatment of demand, suffers the lack of technical knoledge from their intermediate, and plays "on the sharp of the blade" with the customers informations, with the respect of the GDPR.
Therefor, I underline the effort they made when we got our installation, which wouldn't happen if I didn't use lawsuits warnings.
In the end, you have no real "sight" of what they really do with your requests, you don't know if they do their "installation control" after each tank refill. Well, basicaly, you're blind, and you have not much other choices than Antargaz or Primagaz for your private gaz use. Sad.

Yes, we respect our customers' privacy and therefore do not communicate personal data to any third party. And we have all the knowledge concerning propane gas installations in house.
