Overpriced now due to tariffs

Overpriced now due to tariffs. Got an Antec Core HS (AyaNeo Slide) for $369, but shipping was $55 which is insane. It says you have to pay tariffs, I assumed that the $55 was already factoring in tariffs, it was not, just got a bill from UPS for $74 for tarrifs. Basically the price blew up 30% due to outrageous shipping costs, and tariffs. Pretty much done with this company and I have been using them since the early 2000s. Oh and not to mention the fact that they don't even try to provide any information or clarification of pricing or tariffs because they don't want you to be turned away so quickly. Learn from my expensive mistake, look at the 2nd hand market or just a different company.

Dissapointing service!

Abysmal service from this company. I ordered a power supply which was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 working days, they took my money and have gone quiet. That was 9 days ago! Messages are ignored, just one automated response and silence since.

UPDATE: Finally managed to get some support via Discord. Item now out of stock until December! It was in stock when I ordered it so this is disappointing. Refund arranged thanks to a very helpful individual called Jeremy on the Antec Discord server.

A lot of wasted time though.

I purchased a liquid cooler from antec…

I purchased a liquid cooler from antec and I have installed many liquid coolers before.
It raised a red flag when I saw the pins that go in to the mounting bracket from the back of the motherboard had circular ends meaning you cannot grip them.

I trusted these morons knew what they were doing and I screwed in the liquid cooler however it wouldn't screw in all the way so I then tried to remove the liquid cooler and when trying to unscrew, the pins just turn.....
It's now stuck to my board
Now I cannot remove the liquid cooler...
I contacted support and was polite and as soon as they worked out the issue, they blocked my email from contacting them.

Do not buy their hardware

They promote their T120 CPU cooler as compatible with AMD, it is NOT at all!!! Destroyed my Ryzen 9 CPU, losing me £300 in the process and a week waiting for a new one, losing out on my work!!!

Ordered portable power bank from Antec…

Ordered portable power bank from Antec over two weeks ago, still no delivery, tracking states “Exemption” issue but will be resolved, Everi delivery.

Contacted Antec which replied with system generated response and never answered my query. I scaled up the complaint and so far just got auto Thankyou reply. I have now gone to PayPal for money back as Antec don’t seem bothered. Still no update, so never again from them and I ordered it very early as needed for the 7th, now to late. No update from Everi in 5 days now. If you buy Antec I would buy from third party retailer rather than directly as buying direct from Antec if something goes wrong, for me, has been frustrating

PSU broke sent to Netherlands to get it…

PSU broke sent to Netherlands to get it fixed, Royal mail after 2 weeks said item sent back. Customer service said they haven't recieved anything after 2 weeks later when I email. Been 2 weeks now still waiting for reply why they sent it back. Pathetic customer service who always seem to be on holiday.

Awesome company with awesome products

Awesome company with awesome products

I have the pleasure of owning the Antec Mercury aio cooler,the p100 case and their 850w bronze Psu. All superb products and they stand by their 5 year warranty as I ran in to a small issue with one of the above and a delightful man called josh Parker went above and beyond to help me and had a replacement at no cost at all to me in the mail as soon as possible. I can’t thank Antec and josh enough there should be more company’s like this even more so in our crisis times.

Spectacular cases

Antec always provides super solid cases with really good airflow and cheap prices. Consider them when building a PC to save yourself some coin on the case without sacrificing quality.

Very good products - Good RMA dept

Very good quality cases and well designed. Had the antec nine hundred two. And recently bought the nx800. Beautiful case.

I broke the glass panel of the nx800... Asked antec eu if they were selling panel alone. They answered me the same day and I had the a new panel at the end of the week.
