Extremely poor quality jewellery & awful customer service!

Extremely poor quality jewellery marketed at luxury price point! A few months ago I purchased the Glow tennis bracelet & the Aura diamond necklace from the founder of this brand herself at an exclusive fair. I went on to purchase another Glow bracelet for my daughter . They were very quick to take my £500 payment but over the course of the next few months both bracelets went from gold to faded then silver! Completely discoloured to the point neither myself or my daughter could wear them. Then the necklace started to break where it looks like a link has come off and it could completely break off. Of course I stopped wearing it immediately and contacted Anthea Manari directly on their TikTok & Instagram accounts asking for the items to be replaced. Eventually after commenting on several posts that I would appreciate a response to my inquiry… I got a response back.
They told me that the items were only covered by a one month warranty ( something I was never told either in person or in writing at point of sale) and that I should go to a jeweller to get the necklace fixed and I could get the bracelets re coated.
I am flabbergasted at the lack of accountability for their FAULTY products and the cold dismissive attitude in which it was dealt with. Appalling customer service and complete disregard for the fact that their faulty products only showed their inferior quality well after their so called one month warranty period! So the customer has to carry the burden of cost to fix and recoat y that’s being marketed as high quality! I have much cheaper pieces of jewelry that is at least tarnish proof as a bare minimum, let alone a £171 listed price bracelet!
Please beware as it seems that anyone can buy cheap quality goods and rebrand them as so called “luxury”!
