Awful service wish I could rate 0 stars.
Failed to deliver my last order which was several weeks ago didn’t reply to ANY of my emails. Would not recommend

Awful service. Ordered flowers for a friend that had just lost their mother in law, flowers were never delivered. Was then promised a refund and the flowers to be sent.

Flowers went to be delivered on the 13/AUG/2024 now the 17/SEP/2024 and I’ve still not received a refund and my friend never got the “re delivered” flowers. Total sham.

I had used them in the past and never had this issue, no idea what has happened to this company but completely avoid and it appears you won’t see your money again. Wish I had read this reviews before I placed my order, but like I said, I had used them before on several occasions with no issue but will never be using them again and will be telling everyone to avoid

Didn't deliver the correct order and then just ignored my emails. There no other way of contacting them. I had used previously with no issues last year but I'll never use again! A waste of money!

Scammers, ordered flowers weren't delivered, was offered a replacement bunch these also weren't delivered,now ignoring emails. be aware the good reviews on this site is the staff at anther making up fake reviews trying to boost their rating, keep clear folks, I'll also be posting on Facebook and reported to trading standards today

Amazing quality flowers that look so fresh.
Had a small issue with one delivery and the team responded very fast and efficiently to fix the problem with no issues

Ordered flowers for my mums birthday they never arrived messaged them on Instagram said they had a bereavement and I’d receive the flowers the next day. Next day arrived they never appeared so I ended up having to phone my bank to get a refund. After this I got a email receipt from antherflowers stating they’ve refunded my money but nothing in my bank.

Have been using Anther for a good while and they have always been fantastic. The flowers are incredible

I ordered flowers from Anther on 15/01/23 to be delivered on 18/01/23 for my friend’s birthday. They never arrived! Took the money though and never delivered the flowers. No replies to any messages . So basically they take your money but don’t deliver. Shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered 10 days ago and never delivered. Contacted 3 times and no one has got back to me. So disappointing as used the company a couple of times and never had an issue. No contact number to call. Flowers over a week late to recipient so no use now and requested my money back via email and Instagram but no response!!

Not surprised to read the carbon copy review already here. No flowers delivered and driver “couldn’t remember” if they’d attempted.

Offered apologies and upgraded on replacement bunch. Again not delivered. Now maintaining they were delivered and now ghosting us. Instagram the only direct contact method, unless they phone you.

Repeat but sadly no longer customers.

Ordered flowers for cousins birthday. Delivered late. They eventually contacted me after I had left several messages. Offered apologies and excuses but had to force compensation. Promised a voucher but again didn’t deliver. Recent reviews on their Facebook page show a pattern of poor service over the last few months. Perhaps a victim of their own success and now consistently letting customers down. Lots of florists to choose from. Don’t choose them.
