From the initial view online I wasn't sure of the sizing so I used WhatApp to ask and followed up with a phone call the following day and nothing was too much hassle for them and by their gentle questioning they advised of what to buy without too much pressure
I was kept informed of the order process by text and was told when they would deliver
Even after the purchase they followed up with text messages to ensure everything was ok
