I got sent the wrong product, but it was fixed
I got sent the wrong product. However, i got a call and it was dealt with immediately! The new product was sent expedited. It was supposed to include a shipping label for the return product but it wasn't sent. Now I have to spend more time reaching out to get a return label again. But overall great company and products. Mistakes happen, I understand.

Customer service oriented…
This company is not just trying to get your money. I ordered an amazing Viver kit (not cheap) for about 15% lower price than anywhere online. Between ordering and receiving the product I learned that due to a medication I won't be able to use the product. They sent me a return label no hassles and relieved my stress.
