10/10 for customer service can’t fault them just unfortunate the product itself is pretty bad

The price of the items was far more realistic with the vouchers than on non-branded sites.
The problem I kept having was with ordering. I was trying to do the any-five for an offer price. But the vanilla option wouldn't let me select more one and there was one other flavour that did the same. I tried every way I could think of. The more logical step was to put them individually into the basket and hope it would automatically set the offer price at the till. Nah that would have been too easy. So instead I just bought the 3 we wanted.
The delivery was fine but you must remember you pay for it unless you spend a lot then it becomes free.

Didnt last long I only had a few vapes from it not worth the money in my opinion there are other ones out there that are better for your money like ripple

I really like that it's a healthy vape and it's taste, as well as the vapour it gives. It's my first time using an alternative vape and tried the rose flavour which wasn't very strong compared to lost mary, but maybe the others are stronger. Very smart looking.

Don’t think it does what it says but a good way to inhale something that won’t kill you

I have ordered a few times from Anticig as I like that they dont have any nicotine in them, as my smoking I often have a ciggie when I dont want/need one.
I like the flavours, the packaging and everything about it, fair price as well.

not bad! i’m currently quitting vaping and this is a good alternative. mine lasted about 3 days which is good for the price. i got the mint flavour which was quite nice. this helps with the addiction of having to grab my vape. came quickly too & all 3 pens worked well.

When we found this company we were overjoyed. My wife has been using an ecig for many years and I was always worried for her health. She managed to stop but then felt like she needed a little something. This seemed like the perfect solution. However, to say these last 200-400 puffs is not true, well, not in our experience. She has had maybe 10 units and not one lasted maybe more than 10 uses each. All going to a red flashing bottom.
I reached out to customer services who were fantastic I must admit, they sent out replacements but again, faulty or unusable within a few uses.
We were very disappointed, especially myself as I'd thought we'd found a better alternative for my wife.
Sadly not. Based on this we will not be purchasing the product again.

These products are great. I've already recommended them to a few of my friends. I have had several orders from Anticig now and cannot fault them. Extremely fast delivery, great products and friendly customer services too. Highly recommended.

I’ve been really pleased with my experience so far! I have tried the vanilla, mint and watermelon - mint is my favourite! The flavours are very subtle and they are really easy/smooth to inhale. I bought these to help prevent me binge eating/over snacking and it has certainly helped! They also notified me when mint flavour came back in stock and held them a side for me - 5* service! Thank you!

still hasn’t arrived after 7 business days

item arrived fast but just doesn't do the job. hole is too small to suck so isn't enjoyable and makes me want a vape more

These are fab. Excellent delivery great flavours and no nicotine. Stopped smoking and these are so handy for the odd craving.

The package just arrived today and 2 out of the 5 vapes do not work

This is a great product. The reason for the review being so low is that I am still awaiting delivery of my order despite placing it on 27th January.
