I just want to share my experience with people out there. Please be careful when you tried to booked flight ticket online. Please Check the company profile and how was the rate. I was experienced a very unpleased situation with company called "ANTIC TRIP UK".

I was booked 2 Flight ticket on ANTIC TRIP UK website.

Before I paid the ticket I was asked the company via live chat regarding how many kilo we get for the check in luggage. They answer 23kg for check in luggage and 7kg for cabin. I was even asked about the refund policy, but they never answer it.

After I have paid the fee, the company send me email with the booking details and invoice.

Saturday afternoon suddenly I got email with subject "Request to call back, flight booking not confirmed".

FYI, nobody call me or email me from the company before (first thing that sound very weird for me, red flag for this company).

After I had read the email, I was called them.
The staff on the other side stated some points as below :
1. that the return ticket was not confirm
2. the prices I had paid was not include the check in luggage
3. I need to pay more if I want to confirm the return ticket as scheduled (a lot of money for me)
4. I need to pay more money if I want to change the flight to different date ( earlier or later ). The staff give me some several dates with different prices to pay.
5. I can not cancel the departure flight as already confirmed from their side (how come departure flight is confirmed and the return is not). Even if I want to cancel the return ticket they only give me £81/ticket for the refund (this is not fair as we pay around £1000 for both ticket).

I was felt very frustrated as I can not get the full refund and if I stay with the schedule I have, I must pay a lot of money. The Company didn't give you any reasonable choices as a customer. Either you lost your money or you must pay them some more money to fly.

As I didn't have any other choices, sadly I was FORCED to pay some money again to the company and change the date to fly earlier from the original schedule.

As a customer who already paid full and had a confirmation email regarding the booking and invoice, this is totally not FAIR.

As a customer I was very very disappointed with how the Travel Company treats their customer. They didn't stated clear information for the customer and force the customer to pay the consequences.

Hopely other peoples will learn a lesson from my undelightful experiences with online travel company.

Antic trip staff tried to persuaded me to removed my review on Trust Pilot and today on October 2025 I just realized that my review is gone. But I will not stop to spread the information regarding this company who always tries to take advantage from customers. Please BE AWARE WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Got to the airport, voucher was fake & I had to buy ANOTHER ticket in order to make my flight. I have contacted them at least 50 times by phone, at least 30 times by email - the couple times they DID answer they said my refund would be in my account - AFTER I had to verify that i wasn't lying about purchasing another ticket!! This started June 20, 2025 - still no refund! No one EVER answers the phone, no one EVER responds to email, and no one is EVER available on chat! Biggest scam out there!!!

Zero stars should be an option. I have attempted to book flights with your company on two separate occasions. The first time I booked the flights because of a family emergency. Thought everything was fine then, I get a call that my tickets were never confirmed but you could book another flight for over 600 more. WHAT THE HELL., they asked what my budget was and could not even come close to the cost that was offered to me. Not only could you guys not match what you offer online, the other flights I have could have booked for lower than you were offering me on the phone. But I went back to your site and the tickets you could not get confirmed were still being offered for the same price I paid. Once again I needed to make a budget friendly trip. 9 found a ticket within my budget that's not much as I just lost my job. But in a couple hours I get an email that my tickets could not be confirmed and to call. I called and your rep wanted me to pay almost 10 times the amount than the ticket I was trying to purchase. Then the question the rep had asked me a year before happened , what's your budget. Hello my budget is for what I booked and paid for before you guys cancelled or failed to finish the reservation. How do you offer the same ticket same date same time same airline same everything down to the same price and tell someone on the phone that flight is no longer available. On top of that for the same price there was 10 other flights from boarding to destination same day same price just different airline or times of the day. But your rep wants to say all they can do is charge me 200 to 300 for that flight. Guess what I went strait to a different platform and paid 10 bucks more for my flight it left a day earlier. So I paid 70 dollars and you guys wanted hundreds of dollars. I am still getting emails that you guys think my flight is important and wanna help. So call I already called and told y'all if ya can't honor the offer I asked for than I don't want what your peddling. Infact I have even booked another flight. Maybe you guys shouldn't say you care about a person's travel needs if really your just making promises and not delivering at all. Offer cheap, never finalized order placed, call and cancel send email and upsell to a ticket that's the same price or higher strait from the source. Over promise never deliver. Should be your mission statement and core values. Very disappointed that you are in the business of customers but all you see is an opportunity to rip people off. That's not customer service, I read your terms and conditions and you protect yourself saying the flights not booked till you get an email saying it's confirmed. Only problem they don't get confirmed till a person pay more money, lots of .money more. That's a scam just so you know and a very deceitful buisness practice. In this day and time people will catch on. You should do better and better. People are trusting you with their dreams their losses their money their needs and their finacial situation and your just exploiting it. Be the change you want to see in the world. Do be what makes humanity change. Don't take advantage of people and put them in a position where they feel you are the only option, because one day the same people you prey on will eventually just stop going to the beast that eats them

Experience has been really great. Company employees have been extremely responsive through the whole process.

June at their customer support team was very helpful.i will use antic trip again.

I booked my flight ticket to miami with antic trip and they provided me very discounted price.at the first i was confused but they helped me throughout whole booking process.their support team did cheking for me and sent me boarding passes 20 hrs before flight.

June really helped me with all my traveling needs she was great and fast at finding me a flight and fixing any issues for a very reasonable price I will be using her for all my traveling needs.

Antic Trip is a scam...bought airline ticket through them and Frontier Airline flagged as fraudulent charges and canceled my tickets. They charged my credit card but used a stolen card to book with Frontier. Also, issued fake boarding passes. They use names like Gary, June, Jennifer but its an Indian company and they are all scamming from some remote part of India.

June was awesome in making this happen. Everything was just as advertised i was thoroughly happy with the outcome.

I arrived 2 hours early to be able to go through security and find the terminal. They have reached out every step of the way reassuring me making sure I have a clearl understanding and feel safe. I was sketchy reading reviews saying it is a scam but it is not. I enjoyed my experience.

June is very professional and showed great customer service.i am satified with their services.

I was skeptical at starting but everything ended well.they sent me boarding passes 1w houra before the flight and i got the best deals on american airlines.

I am still waiting for a refund of over £700 for flights I booked and was told the night before I had to change dates as I was not booked onto the flight. I have a recording of a member of staff confirming they would fully refund and still not received this. I have emailed over 60 times and called 20+ times. Please do not book with this company they are total scams!!!!
I have been given advice from a solicitor who has advised me to open a case with the small claims court. Please can anyone advise me if the company still exists as I cannot get hold of anyone!!!
