I ordered a garment in June this year and a few days later received a FedEx bill for delivery charges.
I contacted ANTIK Batik who initially said it was not an order placed by them despite the clear document trail describing the order. They asked for screen shops which I sent and I heard nothing further. Today I received a bill from a debt recovery company demanding the original money and additional charges for late payment. ANTIK Batik have clearly done nothing to sort this out. I will never buy from them again.

Items arrived in nice packaging , took a bit longer as from France to Uk, but well communicated . Ordered three/ lived two. Returned one and good contact and refund about 14 days later. Lovely items for warmer weather - beautiful dresses

Absolutely beautiful garment (Mila Alpaca Long Gilet) bought in Good Karma sale. Customer services were really helpful in letting me know what was available and when to get it at the best price. Great experience all round and a very happy customer.

Love, love, love ANTIK BATIK. No issues with deliveries from France to UK - it usually takes around 5 days, but is WELL worth the wait. Beautiful clothes, so unique, I've ordered a few items - dresses and gilets - and I always feel special wearing them. Thank you to Louise in customer services for helping with an invoice request for my most recent order, too.

Beautiful designs, colors, and craftsmanship. Hand embroidered details on nice heavier fabric and the darling printed cotton tops are thin which makes them perfect for the hot Texas weather. I appreciate knowing the company promise to pay fair trade for making the clothes.

Absolutely ridiculous still waiting for the order i placed 16 days ago...website states delivery in 3-5 days.still no sign of it! i would never order again. cannot comment on item as i havent received it ..items shipped from france should not take this long.poor customer service
