Bought the pricey metal lanterns received broken

My Home Decor Favorite! Antique Farm House is the absolutely best and my go to for all my home decor needs. I have been getting their products for years. Everything from lighting, furniture, florals, and decor accents are absolutely amazing quality. All of their pieces are timeless and so well made. They are so versatile and can be used for years in many different spaces. All of their items ship quick and they have the quick genuine customer service. I am definitely a forever customer!

They are shipped out and well packaged which is another reason I love them. Their website is easy to navigate. When I’ve wanted extra information on a piece they have been very quick to respond and helpful. Definitely would recommend them for all your home and garden decor.

The customer service is incredible; I had a minor problem with a recent order, and I not only received immediate help (over a holiday weekend!), but they went above and beyond to fix the issue. They had the kindest communications ever, and they were just the best to deal with.

These people don't understand that. Customer service is absolutely useless.
They have a phone number that goes immediately to voicemail, you leave a message and DON'T RESOLVE, they just send an email. I ordered the table I never expected the delivery to be so long. We sold our house and moved to a new address and informed them if it was going to be after 06/21/24 the address would have to be changed to the new address, they did NOTHING, ONLY An EMAIL RESPON, now the table arrives and is ready to be delivered, and the sender cannot change the address without Antique Farmhouse's approval and guess what they have not yet done anything!!! We have paid in full and due to incompetence is located in Jacksonville fl and cannot be delivered to the customer who has paid in full.

If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased a bench for my patio from this company. It finally arrived and they failed to send the screws required to assemble the bench. I contacted the company who requested that I send them a picture to "prove" that I did not receive the screws. Consider that for a moment. How could I possibly prove something like that. The lack of reviews or the option to leave one on the website should be considered a warning of their complete incompetence and unethical practices. I most certainly will not be buying anything from them again.

Really hard to trust this website. You only get one photo for the item, and a very limited description. They stipulate that items take 15 days before leaving their warehouse. And then, no options are available for fast shipping. Don't count on seeing your purchase for at least 3 weeks, probably 4. On top of all that, items are NOT returnable. Period. Really?
If you can deal with all that, they do have some really cute stuff, and so far everything has arrived in good condition. I occasionally purchase small items, but would not risk a major purchase from this website.
