Not happy with the lock experience.
Great delivery time, happy with the suitcase. Most useless instructions for setting the lock, different from what's on the website. Back to using a padlock and key.

Exactly as expected.
The product was exactly as expected. While smaller than my current carry-on case it suits my purpose. Due to a spine injury, I am unable to carry anything over 7 kg, so this carry-on helps me to pack more, while staying within my weight capacity. Wheels are very smooth, but I still need to lift it occasionally. Very pleased and would highly recommend. Delivery was on-time and quality excellent.

Amazing 10/10
The bags I bought are all amazing - a backpack, carryon and a sling bag. All of plenty of compartments/sections to put your things. All of the bags look great, which makes me feel like i look great when I'm using them.

I was dissapointed in the quality of the construction on the inside of the cases - as in no solid flat inner floors over the spines.
Still intend to use them though
