Fake images. Probably made after ordered as close a their horrible seamstresses can get to the image. materials are not what is listed.

It took forever to get what I ordered. Sizes were off and my cashmere sweater was not cashmere. I tried to start a return and although the website says free returns, you have to ship them back to China at a prohibitive cost. I would not recommend buying from this site at all.

I discovered the hard way that this is indeed a scam company. After a 6 week wait (it took 3 weeks for the package to be picked up by the shipper), I only received one of the two sweaters I ordered. When I inquired, I became engaged in an extended "conversation" with what seemed to be a bot, insisting (in the most obsequious terms possible) that in order to prove I only received one sweater, I had to send them a picture of the opened package and shipping label (which I had discarded) because, without that, they couldn't find out what their own shipper had actually sent. I eventually gave up.

SCAM company. Avoid at all costs. Fake leather boots originally priced at 300 dollars!!! Yokay. Poorest of quality. Terrible quality. A cobbler friend said report fraud and demand money back. I refuse to pay shipping. They belong in the trash. Please everyone stay away from these frauds 😡

Scam company ! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Sent wrong size shoes - 3 sizes too large- and would not allow return unless I paid for international shipping which was almost the cost of the shoes ($40-50) ! Please do not order from this company. It’s a scam.

No one will return my emails. Website says a free shipping label will be sent for a full refund. Shoes that I ordered arrived in two sizes larger. No success in getting a refund, but still trying. Total SCAM!

DON'T EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. POOR QUALITY AND CAN'T RETURN UNLESS YOU PAY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-POLICY ON WEBSITE IS MISLEADING AND I HAVE WEEKS OF EMAILS TRYING TO RETURN A $90 DRESS.

Apparel looked lovely especially for the price online. On Nov 4 placed a large order for Christmas presents, site says delivery 4-8 days, did not receive until January 14. Total runaround from CSR's & no sincere apology.Obviously shipping from overseas, no botique or stock in the US as their website would make you believe. Quality & fit not as pictured on website. Now hassling over refund for items not received and items to return which site says is no problem within 30 days of receipt.

Every thing about my order was wrong. The size of the garment. The quality of the garment. The color of the garment. The easy return policy is a joke. It applies only to US orders. If your order ships from China (it will), you have to foot the bill for the return, about $50. Not a trustworthy seller, the clothes are trash, look nothing like the picture, and take forever to arrive.

Classic FRAUD bait and switch FB internet scam co. Garment (hounds tooth jacket) did arrive oversized, poor material no labels. Advertise free return label and free returns. They drag out return process making you embed pictures of garment. Claim they are busy. Then tell you to keep garment and get 15% discount or return to China at your expense for $50. FRAUD complaints filed with FTC; State of WI AG; VISA and Meta. Here is where they tell you to return:
