Ordered clothing, didn't arrive, scam

Ordered clothing. Received tracking number for goods coming from China. So despite the address being a UK address, drop shipped from China. Invoice has a U.S. address.....Waited, waited, waited - get a 'delivered' notification. No parcel received - contact the company in the UK by email, get a response back from China - we provided you with the wrong tracking number. We haven't sent your goods. We will refund you. Still waiting.... SCAM!
