Antteq, either their products are of poor quality or the after-sales service is incompetent

I bought a Antteq G24-AH3CF1D Smart TV, especially to use it with my phone through bluetooth.
Unfortunately connection doesn't work.
I contacted the customer service to inform them of the probleme. They answer, but they don't answer to my question. So, didn't try to resolve the problem.
Either their products are of poor quality or the after-sales service is incompetent or maybe the two.
