I was enquiring about some issues we were having and David was very helpful and we resolved all these issues

It is very cheap, the support is very nice, and even though it's cheap, the servers are high quality, and the connection is fast so there is no lag. I recommend this host to anyone, it is my favorite host so far.

I love this hosting service. I was able to world edit 1.3 million blocks in less than 3 seconds with only 3GB of ram, The prices are just amazing. Would not recommend anyone else but them!

I have found anvilnode to be fairly easy to use. I am running a heavily modded server but I have not experienced any lagging. I also have not experienced any server downtime.
The reason that I am giving them 4 stars is because I am not currently able to identify a way to edit .cfg files from within the ftp / file access section of the website. It is a pain to have to download the files, edit and upload them. Also, there is an issue where some of the .cfg files become corrupted after the edit and the changes are not reflected on the server (I've mainly had this issue with Thaumcraft - trying to turn off taint at world gen).
Another note is that because this company is located in Belgium, if you are in the United States your bank or credit card may automatically reject the charge as a fraudulent one.

Good customer service. Helpful for the most part, servers are good with little lag if you don't overload them. The owner on Discord can come across as a little rude but I guess that environment is informal anyway.

This company has great support, the person who helped me (Wihan) answered my question without getting rude like other hosting companies have.

Really good help, everytime i needed help they was always online to assist with my problems. I rate these guys 5 stars, also would recommend to anyone who wants a minecraft server.

Great support and prices, been running servers with AnvilNode for awhile now and haven't had any issues. Would recommend.

In the beginning I thought this host was the best ever. Now, not so much. The only thing is the support. Their support is not too good. So this puts them down for me.

Anvilnode started out as an okay host when I first bought my server with them. It ran perfectly fine with a few hiccups every once in a while. But, recently, I've ran into multiple problems. Some of these are:
-The Multicraft panel does not load at times (meaning I cannot view console, start/stop the server, etc.)
-I've had multiple "No space left on device" errors, resulting in the server crashing and data loss. Support has said that somebody else on my node was causing this error. They said that they're working on a fix, but I haven't heard much else. I asked if this error was my fault, but they didn't address this question.
-Sometimes, my server will run between 5 to 19 tps. Usually, it runs at 19.9 to 20 tps without any problems. I still haven't been able to figure out a reason as to why this happens. It may be my fault, but the tech support seems to ignore all of my questions about this topic in tickets and only answer other questions.
-Tickets can sometimes take over 24 hours to be answered, depending on what you ask. Kinda wish it were faster.

In the past, this host has been good. But, as Anvilnode grew as a company, I feel that its quality has gone down. At the time of writing this, I am ready to move hosts.

I would recommend this service to anyone! It's fast, and easy to use. It's not mainstream so prices are very reasonable! Plugin installation, configurations and FTP access is easy as can be! They don't oversell either you get what you pay for, very fast ticket support and offer server setup assistance for a reasonable price! Very happy. 5 ⭐️️

Could be my server but idk my server gets lag spikes here and their and it's not even at full players and it's 24gbs which is weird maybe you can check it out sometime thank you.

What terrible response time and staff communication. I've played on a server hosted by yours truly, Anvilnode, and suddenly, it goes down. The issue is said to be on your side of the spectrum, not the owner of the servers. He's tried to come in contact with you guys for some time now, and even with the short responses you have given him no hope, and no help for that matter. A truly disappointing server host if I do say so myself. Would not recommend. If some help is finally dished out to who needs it, my review may change, but until then I highly recommend NOT using Anvilnode. As of now they do not care about their customers, as well as the servers they host and people care so much to play on.

tl;dr - Anvilnode is a terrible server host, and do not care about their customers or the servers they represent. I highly recommend that at this point in time if you are considering them to find a different server host. Anvilnode is not worth your time.

My honest experience is, Anvilnode offered a good reliable service. They offered unlimited SSD storage, this was later restricted causing server down time and issue with corrupting many files. When notifying Anvilnode of this issue, after many days I was confronted with a poor response from Paulo (Customer Support representative). This was not the response I was hoping for, with it saying we have to wait until a backup can be found and to wait. Anvilnode admitted the issue was on there ends and we were told the server would soon be fixed.
I am disgusted with outcome and the time I am having to wait, with money being spent on a service I am not being given. Overall Anvilnode don't satisfy customers needs and wants. 3/10 Review!
