I found out about anvilnode via google when i was trying to find a cheap host for hosting minecraft servers. I bought there service and was extremely pleased with the performance, No - Lag, No Restrictions to storage and bandwidth and plenty of ram and processing power. But what lead my experience poor with them is their customer support. It was extremely slow. I had around 6 tickets and all of them were answered by one guy and he would take anywhere from an hour to a couple days to reply, usually the latter. this made me really frustrated and wanting to switch.

Phenomenal Service

Anvilnode has been a phenomenal hosting service for us. I run the server on behalf of a residential college, and the fidelity and quality of the server has been excellent. Furthermore, customer service is prompt, clear, and kind, which has been wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy hosting platform.

Well, it all started out tricky since I am used to bad service providers. after using anvil node for less than 24 hours I realized that this provider is probably the best one out there. Quick and Fast servers for every budget also know that their Staff is as friendly as anybody could possibly be. when I opened a ticket, they almost directly responded to me with kindness.

Awesome hosting service. The prices are some of the cheapest ever, the actual servers are absolutely fast and immediately ready for use out of the box.

I recently bought an 8gb minecraft server for playing mods with friends and couldn't be happier. The customer support is great and i got the whole hand made modpack up and running in a couple of days. It would have been even faster if i didn't have to ask them to add a specific argument to the command line of the server launch to prevent a crash in my mods.

Barely lag, downtime, and very low costs!!

Their prices are great for anyone on a budget. Their support is very good as well and responds as soon as possible. But, I've had many hassles with trying to install a modpack, and upgrading a server isn't an option for me. I would still recommend anyone looking for cheap and good hosting services here.

My buddy and I joked that even if we couldn't get our server to work, we should still pay for it because the support is that good.

They really show they care about getting your server up and running. If only every major corporation's technical support staff could operate AT LEAST as efficiently as Anvilnode's, the world would definitely be a much less stressful place :)

I enjoyed the friendly and prompt attitude these guys brought to the table. After two or so weeks of communication, I already know I can trust I will receive excellent support in the future should I ever need it.

Great support, helped and sorted my issue.

I was connected with a person through a online chatroom whom WAS NOT A BOT! and honest to god this is the best site to own your personal minecraft server from without any difficulties.

Best budget service, really good server and the fastest support i have seen so far

Anvilnode once helped me with my problem and responded within 30 minutes since my account was 2fa locked. The support team is very helpful and polite. They also have a great discord community with helpful people.

Anvilnode is a bad faith business. They charged my account inappropriately after I had closed it and took weeks to issue a refund after a lengthy and obnoxious battle with them. Now I come to find out they FRAUDULENTLY charged my paypal account on the 31st of March, 2018, well past any business dealings. They attempted to charge my credit union as well.

This company is guilty of attempted theft.

Do NOT reply with your smarmy corporatese, Alcom IT. You are unwelcome around me and I will NOT sit idly by and let you do this to other people.

They say 24/7 help, but that it is not true... I send them an email it takes 1-2 days for them to respond.. I am not happy of this because I am really struggling with my minecraft server

Honestly an amazing hosting company, I would recommend them to anyone because to simply put it they are cheap, reliable and amazing!

Ive used a lot of Minecraft server providers in my days, but Anvilnode has them beats hands down!
