I ordered a carrier plate cicra £40

I ordered a carrier plate cicra £40. Anvyl staff communicated well when I asked about a delivery date as I hadn't heard anything from them. They gave me a tracking number for Royal Mail who didn't recognise it. Mmmmm. The item was delivered just over one week from ordering though with Evry. It was poorly wrapped as if it was a returned item and from China not UK. The quality of the item is poor, stitching looks as if a child has made it. I had hoped it would be better as I could of purchased an Viper plate for similar money. Shame I can't upload photos in here.

I ordered combat pants

I ordered combat pants. Unfortunately, i ordered a bit too small. The customer service was very nice and refused to give me a refund or exchange, explaining it was my mistake. I should have ordered the right size and not bothered them. Thank you Anvil!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a couple of replica tactical watches and didn't really like them. I asked Anvil if I could exchange them and they really did bend over backwards to help me. They agreed to send the replacement items quickly and were professional and courteous in all our communications.
