On your website, you say if I deliver the car to your pick up point, I get paid an extra 100 EUR. I called ANWB and asked them to arrange a pick up and in return, I will waive the 100 EUR. The ANWB employee said: And there will be an extra 250 EUR that you should pay for the pic up service.
No where in your website I can see that.

Never on time, always 5 minutes to late.

With this company, I achieved my goal to sell the car and I'm fully satisfied with ther customer service. Surely would recommend.

Had a really nice experience of selling my car via ANWB. Friendly stuff, efficient and fast. Got the price via email and the same price they paid at the location. Everything is transparent and clear.

We used it before moving aboard when we have to get rid of our car at a certain point of time. (Thus not too early not too late)
The service fits for purpose, it's quick and efficient.
Steps and schedule are just as per indicated in the anwb website.
For us it's just taking a few pictures and filling up some data.
After delivery you get proper documents via email, clear and easy for administration.

The driver who came to pick up my vehicle called before arrival to make sure I was at home. He performed his checks quickly and completely. He spoke to me in English to make sure I understood everything completely. He waited for me to receive the confirmation email. He explained what would happen next and how I could use the information given to me, how long to keep my record, etc. He was polite, courteous, and friendly. I am completely satisfied. I will use your service again.

Straight forward. Just as advertised. Online form with 5 pictures, drop off on a day of my choosing. Safe drop off location! Drop-off inspection started about 20 minutes late though. Polite and friendly folks.

Everything went perfectly as described on the website. The whole process was incredibly clear and they made good on all of the promises that were made. The only extra thing to account for is that they may not have an appointment time available to hand in your car on the day that works best for you. Luckily we were able to easily arrange for someone else to hand in the car but it did come as a bit of a surprise.
