Easy to follow instructions on ANWB website. Filled in car details and added photos. Sent off the form. Within 24 hours I got the price. Easy to book an appointment to hand in the car and have it checked. There’s also the option to have the car picked up. Friendly service when we delivered the car. Highly recommended.

I got a reasonable price offer. Getting appointment was easy. At the anwb Barneveld it took about 30 minutes for them to check the car and 10 minutes for rest of the paper work and handing over the Indemnity and contract to us. Everything smooth. Payment they say will be in 2 days; why is it not same day?

Oscar in Barneveld was very friendly and professional and I was given a fair price based on market value.

The only issue I had was that I was not paid within 48 hours. The email communication when querying this could be a little more friendlier and customer orientated. It felt like I was bothering them.

The online procedure was clear and fast, but also the in person interaction was easy and pleasant. They explained me everything. The last part of the procedure, which was to bring the car in their location, lasted maximum 15 minutes. I’m also very satisfied with the price. Definitely recommended!

I really liked the service from ANWB. As soon as I submitted my request, I received the offer in few hours (though they agreed to get back in 2 days). The guaranteed price works well here. I also tried other place, but they are not honest with their guaranteed price. But ANWB, gave me the agreed price for my Car. Also, the handover / drop off went really well. The staffs were really helpful.
