I was a consumer of ANWB Energie from oct-2023 t/m jan-2026. I've also been a part of a solar co-operative since 2019, which is also a part of the "PostCodeRoos (PCR) Regeling", also known as "Regeling Verlaagd Tarief" (RVT).
ANWB Energie is supposed to refund the energiebelasting for the kWh generated for their PCR/RVT customers.
For 2023, ANWB Energie had indeed refunded me this amount. That was paid on 14-mar-2024 with the description "Toepassing verlaagd tarief energiebelasting postcoderoos, periode 05-10-2023 tm 31-12-2023" .. which was good!
However, ANWB Energie has NOT AS YET refunded me the "PostCodeRoos (PCR) Regeling: teruggave energiebelasting", neither for 2024 nor for 2025! And we are now at the end of April 2026!!
I've complained several times about this to them, for more than 1 year (!!) .. via various channels (telephone, whatsapp, email, klacht). No help at all .. the issue is still unresolved!!
They said that the 2024 PCR teruggave would be "balanced" in my Jaarnota which was supposed to come in oct-2025. But there was nothing at all for this on that Jaarnota, for PCR/RVT!
In frustration, I have cancelled my contract with them and I have switched to a much better provider w.e.f. 01-feb-2026.
Even in my Eindnota from ANWB Energie, which came on 13-feb-2026: there was STILL NOTHING mentioned for the "PostCodeRoos (PCR) Regeling / Regeling Verlaagd Tarief (RVT): teruggave energiebelasting" .. neither for 2024, nor for 2025!!
I am extremely disappointed with this very low quality of service from ANWB Energie!
Update 29-apr-2026 : still no word from ANWB Energie when this will be fixed !! I've filed an official complaint with De Geschillencommissie (Energie) against ANWB Energie.

Since the introduction of the new app (September 2025), I no longer have insight in actual consumption and I'm not able to adjust my monthly pre-payment. Made a few calls to support desk; we are working on it.... But nothing happens. Really annoying. Why does this have to take so much time??

The app is useless. The idea is with a dynamic contract you can have more control of when and how you use electricity. The app doesn't allow that. Plus on a day when the electricity supply was turned off the app shows that I used electricity? Which was impossible.

I’m extremely unhappy with ANWB Laadpas support.
On 07/12/2025 I charged at GreenFlux / Interparking Lombardia, Lombardenvest 11, 2000 Antwerp. One session is correct: 15:42–17:30, 19.90 kWh (€13.76).
After I stopped charging, the charging station had a malfunction: I initially could not disconnect the cable and I had to retry several times (including swiping my card multiple times). Eventually the cable disconnected and I left.
However, the backend appears to have created extra “sessions” and then charged me for time while I was not connected (including a phantom session from 07/12 17:31 to 10/12 10:51 with only 0.37 kWh, but €40.39 mostly “time” fees). This is clearly a station/session termination error, and the Charge Detail Record (CDR) should be corrected and refunded/credited.
The worst part: support is effectively unreachable. ANWB states they reply to WhatsApp messages within 48 hours (already very long), but I have received no reply after more than a week, despite providing full details and offering to share the receipt and screenshots.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ANWB Laadpas. When you have a problem, there is nobody to help.
ANWB: please register a case, investigate with GreenFlux/Interparking, correct the CDR, and refund the incorrect sessions.

Very disappointed with this level of service. I hope the company finally addresses the issue, but so far the experience has been extremely negative.

It's terrible. If your AppleId is not in the Netherlands, you can't see your comsumption. The website doesn't show it, the app is exclusive for NL Accounts. I am afraid I am being overcharged, I can't see it. I can't also use it to control my bill.
This is OUTRAGEOUS, AND IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE A PRODUCT WITH ANWB AND I AM TREATED THIS WAY.

well, it is all bout energy nowadays, right...and here i get what I expect...
to be honest, i dont know what will happen to the energy market in the future, but with company I feel safer somehow, i dont know, perhaps it is the effect of their good service and customer support...
I cant come up with good competitors to them, perhaps it is me who doknt know much abot this domain, but whatever, when it is good, why to change it. right.
As for prices, you know, i (and all customers) want lower, thats why here too, lower prices please

I’m really satisfied with ANWB Energie.
Their customer service is very responsive and I always received quick answers to my questions. The pricing is transparent and there were no surprises during the contract process. The app is also very user-friendly; I can easily track my usage and check my invoices. Plus, their commitment to sustainable energy is a big bonus for me. Highly recommended!
Easy to use app, clear overview also easy to see when it's cheaper to use and decide your own strategy
It helps during the summer, when there is surplus in energy generation, so users of dynamic plan can enjoy better tariffs than the average tariff
Price transparency, no surprises. With the app and an hourly consumption report, you can see who are the biggest energy consumers at home. Prices rise quickly when there are disturbances (geopolitical) but fall back more quickly (especially compared to other energy suppliers)
So far the app has really helped my a lot to manage my usage. The call centre was also very helpful when I was unsure about certain things in my contract and they explained it very well.
Apart from it only being available in Dutch. I have just been shown where in the App I can view where the energy is at its lowest price.
Now I know then it's fantastic. I can plan where to use certain appliances.
I hope that the way it works stays that way and prices for electricity stays at an affordable cost.
Then I will stay with the ANWB.
Please make it available in English.
