Great price and really clear. Dynamic pricing (hourly for electricity and daily for gas). If you use the electricity heavy load devices on those hours you can really save a few.

With this arrangement , I am able to cut my bills significantly when compared to my previous supplier by using more energy during off peak and regulating consumption during peak time.

The price of energy is acceptable for my friend and I. And you sometime remind me of the free energy timeslot.

The idea of charging actual rate is pretty alright and indeed most of the time the price is below that of 'normal' contracts. The app is really good, it is intuitive and nicely made. There are however a few things that could make it better. 1) ANWB customer service for car insurance is very good. They were the reason even for me to try their energy contract. The energy customer service however can be better; friendlier and more helpful. 2) If you have solar panels be sure you know what you are doing. The price goes to negative too often and as much as you wash dishes and cloths at the times that you generate electricity, there is a limit. At some point, the price was so negative that I had to turn the heaters on in the summer to prevent loosing money. It is not 'green' and it fosters 'consumption' rather than frugality. 3) Although the price in general is lower than contract prices, during peak hours, i.e. 6-9 and 19-22 there is normally much higher price, often surpassing that of others. If you use electricity mainly at these times, this is not for you. 4) the constant costs of delivering can be lower. It is on the high side comparing to other energy providers.

Stress free switching from existing energy provider, everything taken care of. Easy to use app for daily tracking of usage and solar energy return delivery.
Already started saving compared to fixed energy contracts. Flexibility to cancel monthly.

Dynamic tariff is very. We haven’t had any problem so far. Customer service is good as well.
