Ordered and payment taken for a mid size bag , then email advised" delayed ""by 6 weeks as it turned out. Keep in mind AP have my money. Yet the bag is still advertised with no pre-order warning to others. Email advising of delay, dismissive in tone, and offered refund or.... a 10% discount- but on my next order! Mmmm good customer service .. absolutely not. The bag is on its way now..
It’s been three months and still no…
It’s been three months and still no bag. A email was sent to say the end of March, then April, then the beginning of May and since then, no communication. It is now mid May. It was preordered on the 16th of February. There is no excuse for a three month delay. You should be offering refunds to your customers. If you cannot manage the distribution, then you shouldn’t be in business. Appalling customer service. The status is my sister contacted you today and you said that you still couldn’t tell her when she is getting it. You also didn’t offer a refund, instead 10% off next purchase. There is no world where would purchase from your company again.

PRE ORDER 23/2/2026 STILL WAITING AND THEY CANT GIVE AN ETA
Bought bag as a birthday gift ,Even allowing as a preorder 66 days late multiple emails making every conceivable excuse but the best part is they actually cant give an ETA which is nonsense ,
In business if you place a pre order you get a delivery date /ETA and whether its stuck in the suez canal or at customs you can track your goods from its origin and yet you cant ?????

"Thank you for your email, and once again, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience.
When the presale launched, we were initially expecting the incoming stock to arrive at our warehouse in early April. Unfortunately, due to unexpected delays outside of our control, including recent protests and related disruption to shipments, the timeline has been pushed back.
Dispatch is now expected to begin in early May as indicated in the bulk email sent last April 15th along with an apology discount code: SORRRY10.
We’re unfortunately unable to guarantee the exact delivery time, as timelines can still vary depending on queue. I’m really sorry we can’t confirm this just yet.
I completely understand this is disappointing, especially if you were expecting your order sooner, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
As soon as your order is ready to leave us, you’ll receive your dispatch confirmation and tracking details straight away."

I got the barrel bag at Christmas. I really love the look, design, size of the bag. It is a beautiful bag but unfortunately the quality is not what I expected. The stitching where the handles join the bag are all coming apart. I’ve only used the bag a handful of times as I like to keep it for special occasions. It’s disappointing for the price of the bag. Hopefully it’s something that can be improved upon going forward.

Why are bags not in stock ? Most are pre-order which is a pain. Was waiting weeks for mine, it was a gift so had no choice but wouldn't have bothered if id known and now the bumbag is pre-order too why advertise then have to wait weeks. And its the same price as the mid size tote which I dont think is fair really disappointed 😕

I already own a gorgeous Anxious Preoccupied bag so when I ordered my Organiser to match I was so excited! I didn’t realise it had already been bought for me as a gift (along with the clutch, I’m OBSESSED) so when I contacted the help team to see if my order could be cancelled (after already receiving the shipping email eek!) they were so super helpful and managed to get in touch with the warehouse and sort it all out for me.
Not only are the products phenomenal but the customer service is outstanding too!

I love this bag. I have the large black bag with teal interior and I use it all the time. On the weekends it’s my toddler/swim bag and it holds all snacks, etc. I have also travelled with it as my carry on going on numerous weekend trips and it’s a life saver when I have run out of room. I also love that you can stash your credit cards, etc in the mini hand bag inside!
Bought myself oversized bag online ordering faultless. Find it fantastic for travelling both stylish and practical. Went for the black with green inlay for a pop of colour. Have also bought micro bag for a gift on the website very happy with speedy delivery.
