Daytime spray
Excellent service, arrived when expected and it does seem to work. My daughter has adhd and in the current climate has been too anxious to leave home. One spray of this and she actually managed to go for a short walk.

I enjoy some of the presentation but…
I enjoy some of the presentation but their needs to be more information relating to intake because I found was confusion when to take the spray instead of the pills and yes I know it's says day and night but it's a lot of herbs to be consuming potentially if at night I take 2 and then like in the early morning I take a spray in the under tongue mouth. I also found the packaging presentation to be rather off in coloring so would be nice if that was color corrected.

We have a little section on each product page on how to take the products. So for the Night Formula, we would advise taking 1-2 capsules, 30 mins before bed. For the Spray, apply 1 spray under your tongue, and wait for 60 seconds whilst breathing through the nose and exhaling out the mouth. Then after the 60 seconds is up, naturally swallow. There is not a limit to how many times per day you can use the spray, but we would advise keeping the night time capsules to a limit of 2 per day.
