I still haven't received my lamp!!

I still haven't received my lamp!!
I was told it was on its way...then I followed the tracking and it said it had been returned to sender....this has happened TWICE!
PLEASE FIND OUT WHERE MY LAMP IS? I need it urgently to light up my alpaca field.

The lamps never arrived

The lamps never arrived, I had several emails from DPD saying they were coming but never did. Their tracking service says they have returned my lamps to you. I cannot finds a proper means to report this to you as you have no published phone number.
Please call me to resolve this issue

Misleading technical data

Ordered 36 spot lights that were meant to tilt to 40° acording to technical data listed on their website, unfortunately the lights I received only tilt to 18° and half of these were meant to be fitted in 40° roof, tilted down to compensate.
Customer service team reached out and confirmed none of their MR16 fttings tilt to 40° and offered to cover the cost of return postage, I have by than decided to keep the lights and fit them in other rooms in the house, with flat ceilings.
Generally speking, good quality product, but incorrect technical data.

Not great!

Product took ages to be delivered then items arrived broken. They'd been very poorly packed. Then an awkward process to claim refund. Won't use again I'm afraid.
However refund was quick!
