Missing items and broken bulbs
Any Lamp have good stock of Osram LED lamps, which is why I use them. Unfortunately there was a lamp missing from one of my orders, they agreed to a refund straight away, but it took several further emails and well over a month of chasing before they actually paid it. My most recent order has 2 broken lamps out of 12.
