Great experience but courier delivery was slow.

Very easy website to navigate and purchasing process straightforward. Price was very competitive. My order left the seller very quickly but the process has been let-down by the performance of the couriers at the Irish end. The European system was excellent but it took almost a week to get to me (in Dublin) from their parcel hub in Ireland. Not good enough, even taking Christmas season into account. Any-Lamp.ie needs to look at this.

Parcel was robust and well packaged. A good experience was tainted by poor performance by GLS (Ireland).

Ordered 4 micro bulbs on 27th of Nov

Ordered 4 micro bulbs on 27th of Nov. GLS sent it to France, Italy and eventually Dublin where its been sitting for 5 days. I work in logistics and suggest you find a new partner who can optimise logistics and not send envelopes across Europe for no reason and still not deliver 3 weeks after order. Wouldn't go near you guys again and I thought I was shopping local using an I.E website page but it's just a proxy for a NL company. A Joke.

Our warehouse is in the Eindhoven , The Netherlands, so for logistical purposes deliveries can pass through France but as advised, there are ongoing issues with GLS getting deliveries through to Ireland.

Non-Delivery
Goods order not received after 11 days and no communication as to when they might be delivered. At this stage I do not think goods will be delivered. Avoid this company. I will not be using them again.

Absolutely Useless

Useless. Not an Irish company in spite of its name. Tried to cancel order for LED bulb shortly after ordering. Told it had been dispatched. Cost €12.50 plus postage. Total €24. Apparently it came from the Netherlands. A week later having arrived home at 6.00 pm I found the parcel dumped at my door an hour later without receiving any contact from the delivery driver. In the meantime I found the same bulb for €7.50 in Stillorgan. Contacted customer service which is based in Sweden who told me to return the item for a refund. At Post Office I was informed that return postage would cost €20. Very poor service.

Please note that any-lamp.ie operates as one of the interfaces of Any Lamp BV, a Dutch company registered with the Revenue agency in the Republic of Ireland as a non-resident entity. This information is available on our website, though I understand you may have missed this information.

Regarding your order, we aim to offer same day dispatch whenever possible, and to meet these targets many of our processes are automated. As a result, your order had already been prepared and handed over to GLS. It is unfortunate that you were not available to refuse the delivery, which would have avoided the return postage charge.

We only cover return shipping costs in cases where the incorrect items were delivered. As this was not the situation here, we are unable to reimburse the return postage.
