When I ordered an old book they realised it was in worse condition than had been stated on ABE Books. They told me this and gave me the otion of cancelling. I chose to continue and the book is what I expected. A very satisfactory service.

I ordered a secondhand book from here. Delivery was very prompt and sooner than predicted. The book was in very good condition with only a minor flaw that pointed out to me with an offer to return it if I wasn't happy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Before ordering I wanted to be sure about the book's condition. An email produced exactly the information I needed to make my purchase (unlike some online book sellers who are unable to suppy details of a particular copy). So, good communication; and when the book arrived it was in a stout cardboard mailer (again, in contrast to some sellers, who use flimsy plastic wrappers); and it was exactly as described: good, clean copy, at a fair price. Well pleased with my purchase.

I didn't get an email saying that my order had been shipped (which is common for other orders). I emailed the company to ask if it had been shipped, and Simone responded promptly that it had. The package arrived a day later! Would recommend.

Amazing experience. I wanted a copy of a charles morin book on insomnia. New edition s are 40 pounds. I ordered this off an amazon US site ( for some reason) it came within 3 days. I would say it is B+ condition. Its hardback and it's beautiful. There are a few pencil markings but I don't mind these. Environmentally friendly, pre loved. It's an old library book which just adds to its character. Highly recommend this initiative
