I had a resin leak on a printer which caused damage to the LCD screen and lens. I opened a help ticket and received a response same day and was shipped replacement parts at no cost. The parts arrived quickly along with instructions on how to fix. I will continue to purchase Anycubic printers because of the customer service.
Gavin-Worst Experience ever!!!
Unfortunately, I got a tech named Gavin. I bought the Kobra 3 MAX 8 Color-Combo when they first became available on 12-19-24. Finally after over a year and over 94 emails "I" fixed the defective printer and both Ace units. I had to do everything. He claimed to be an engineer, but didn't even know what a purge wiper was or the difference between a nozzle and a hotend. From the beginning it was very obvious that I knew more about this printer than he did. I had to send 5 emails of pictures and videos asking to replace the purge wiper before he finally did something about it. He just wouldn't answer most of my questions. He sent defective/refurbished parts many times, which he had to resend taking more of my time. So, it took GAVIN well over a year to fix a BRAND NEW PRINTER. Costing me a YEAR of my life, multiple nozzles, a ton of filament, frustration and my patients. All with no offer of any compensation whatsoever. On a scale of 1 to 5 how likely are the chances of me buying another Anycubic printer, parts, or filament? How likely do you think that it is that I'm going to tell God and the world just exactly how badly I was treated by GAVIN and all of the trouble that I've gone through just because I bought an Anycubic printer? This has been the worst buying…
This has been the worst buying experience I've ever had. I decided against buying a Creality because I saw the launch of the S1 Max, made the purchase, and on December 4th, 2025, saw that it was a pre-sale and would be shipped in February. So far, so good. I contacted support at the end of January to inquire about the shipment, and they sent me a message with a photo of the website showing an estimated delivery date from February to March. So far, so good. However, I contacted them again on February 8th for a status update, and the very intelligent agent sent me another photo of the website showing an estimated delivery date in April without even checking the purchase date, as if I were going to buy it today. I'm very frustrated; I don't think it's worth waiting 5 months for a machine. If the support is this bad now, what can I expect in the future?

During assembly I routed a cable incorrectly and when the printer went through its calibration cycle the bed caught the cable and pulled wires out of the connector. I contacted Anycubic tech support and they had a new cable on its way the next day.

Yet again, anycubic sent defective nonfunctional replacement parts, and does not read the entirety of my emails explaining the issues which includes pictures of the fault.
They do not answer clarifying questions, and their idea of rectifying the situation is sticking to the status quo of the situation.
Ive been trying to get replacement parts to fix the same issue for over 6 months and have received incorrect, nonsensical, or defective parts at least 3 times now. When I respond with pictures and request new parts they ask for me to describe the issue ... That was just described.
Takes 2-3 weeks to receive a replacement part, takes between 1-7 days to respond to emails. The entire communication process is very difficult and infuriating.

Got the extra large Kobra-3 Max printer and printed many many things for Christmas. Kids loved the articulating dragons and Axolotls. Most objects did not require any clean up after printing except pulling supports off, almost no extra ridges or reside left behind. The large print area is awesome to work with. Can print about anything. Mixing colors really added to the prints too. After a few weeks the print head failed and Anycubic tech support did a warranty replacement and got the print running again with minimal complications. Good product, good support.

My Kobra S1C had never let me down until, as a total beginner, I somehow managed to destroy a part and also had an additional request—I think I was actually to blame for that, but I can't say for sure. Anycubic support didn't waste time asking if, what, why, and how; they helped me out of a tight spot every time. The print bed was a little too crooked, but support sent me a new heating bed within a few days via parcel service. They also promised me the other part and, on top of that, I received a little gift (1 kg of PLA filament).
I don't know if all the support staff there are as nice as the one named Mark, but he is certainly very competent, friendly, and doesn't make excuses. He helps in a way that leaves you very satisfied.
Now my S1 is printing a lot again and I'm really enjoying it. It prints very accurately and the parts come out beautifully.
