Honestly I’ve only had to reach out to support one time with this Kobra S1 product, at 500 hours of print time. It was a great experience. They actually do care about their products and stand behind them “10 toes down”. So far nothing but good experiences with their products and their customer service!

My experience with kobra s1 and 3max has been nothing but the best. The printer are amazing and of course there will be small issue here and there but its normal from filament jamming do to human error. But overall the machines are amazing. Print quality best so far and what I am amazed is the customer service. If there is an issue and unit is out off warranty. You contact customer support and same day or withing a day they will respond with how to solve your problem depending how detail you are with your issue and what you did so far. To them sending you the part you need at no charge. They are always there to help out . From printer to customer service its been the best experience I ever had

Every time I have had a problem with my K3M, Anycubic has been there to help and/or replace parts as needed. I would recommend them to my friends with no hesitation. One does have to understand that they are in China and shipping sometimes takes a while.

Purchased a refurbished Kobra 3, had some issues with the connection from the Kobra to the ACE unit. Created a ticket and they were on it. Again shipping issues aside they did a great job. Quick replies make the process less painful.

I purchased a "refurbished" Anycubic Kobra S1 3D printer, and it arrived dented and missing a part. I contacted them for the missing part and then I discovered a bed mount was broken. They told me if I purchased the part for $10 and replaced it myself (which they had not instructions for by the way) they would give me a 75% refund if I kept the printer. After replacing the part, I am still having problems. This has been going on for 6 months. They sold me a POS machine. I would not recommend doing business with Anycubic.

Reached out to let them know of an issue I had, and I knew the component was out of warranty. After a single, and simple explanation, Anycubic decided to send me the component free of charge. I was originally ready to sell my Kobra S1, but after this experience, I’m going to keep it and upgrade to the Ace 2 Pro set up for it.
