Great support - fast respone

Had a defect, and after asking support where to buy a new part for replacement, I had to send a photo and description.
support responded within 4 messages they'll send replacementparts ( no charge )

Great Customer Service!

My Kobra S1 had some issues, but the Anycubic support was just great at helping fixing all my issues including sending a few parts that needed replacement. thanks a lot!

problem solved

I had a problem with my new cobra 3 v2 printer. I wrote to the managers who responded immediately and immediately arranged for a shipment with the appropriate spare parts. They were very kind and very professional. I am very satisfied with the interaction. Paolo

very happy and great support

I ordered a printer a couple of months ago, and since them I'm very satisfied, Anycubic is able to deliver extreme value/Price ratio!

After having a broken off clip on the Print head unit case (was not a functional problem, but the part was slightly loose.) I emailed them a photo and they went above and beyond to send me a free replacement!

New Printer, Bad Part, Amazing Support and Service

I received a new printer that had a minor issue with the filament hub. Unfortunately, it ruined a handful of prints as I did some troubleshooting, but manufacturing defects are just part of the game. I reached out to Anycubic support, and they immediately responded. They identified a faulty part and sent a replacement. The printer is fantastic aside from that minor issue, but their service and support are even better.

Anycubic comunications

I found what ever the problem they always try to help. your queries are prompt and always try to find a solution to the problem. It's difficult because they have no outlet here in Australia but the job still gets done. you just have to be patient.

Good morning,

Good morning,
The new flat support is now activated.
In any case, I had to add a washer myself because there was no way to level it without it.
Also because our washers are 0.5-1 mm. Why are the bolts different?
Did you forget to level them?
So I'm asking if it's normal for the two bolts to be so different?They took care of the problem. Unfortunately, after checking the assembly of the new plate, one of the Z-axis screws came loose. I hadn't checked because it arrived pre-assembled, according to them.

Screen failure on m7 LCD printer

This company is great! Really good with their customers. I have a failed screen on my Photon Mono M7, after ~5.5 months of usage. Support guided me through my issue thoroughly, and even sent me a guaranteed replacement part. Everything is amazing! Much thanks!

Good support = good experience

I bought a Kobra S1 Combo and have a few issues with it. If you take into account the time difference from myself (Tennessee, USA) to Anycubic, China, their customer support has been good. There's going to be a 24 - 48 delay between responses, but when they have determined I need a part under warranty, they confirm my address and details and ship the part right away. The parts typically get to me in 5-8 days. Which again considering it comes from half way around the planet is pretty good!
