AnyDesk is an outstanding piece of software. I have had no issues since I began using it 3 years ago.
When this app was for free, it was running very well and smooth! Now that we have been paying for 2 years, it does not even do it's job. Lots of errors! Lots of disconnections and technical issues. Very poor service support. No resolution provided. All they want is your money and not give you the service you are paying for! I am a very very dissatisfied subscriber!!!

I have found AnyDesk easy to use and convenient for my business needs. I am surprised by some of the reviews. It is a great tool for those who travel and need to stay connected in real time.
I was attempting to reach NetGear support. I was somehow connected by phone with an agent with "N Solutions" purporting to be official support for NetGear. Before I knew it I handed over control of my desktop to the agent using AnyDesk software. They showed me "evidence" that my system was corrupted and offered to help fix everything up before helping with the NetGear connectivity. Next they got my credit card and signed me up for a $300 service contract. I suddenly realized I was being scammed, disconnected my computer, removed the AnyDesk software and blocked the charge on my credit card.
I believe that AnyDesk should take action to restrict and punish N Solutions from using their software to attempt to scam users.
They automatically turn on auto-renew and will not let you cancel. Emails asking for a refund go unanswered.
And to this date of their reply (02/05/2026) - nearly 4.5 months after my initial review. the emails asking for a refund are UNANSWERED. STAY AWAY.

We signed up with Anydesk, expecting to be online with 5 users. We llpaid over $500, which is only slightly less than their competitors. What was NOT made clear, and is obscured by legalese language, is that our users are only allowed on the platform ONE AT A TIME! Why would anyone sign up with multiple users if the product can only be used by one user at any point? We immediately asked for cancellation and refund. They agreed to cancel the RE-SUBSCRIPTION in one year's time. What we are asking for is a refund of any UNUSED portion, which is 11+ months.
Terrible Company who send generic emails that make no sense. I renewed my license in October , and now for some reason they have blocked me and I am unable to connect to my work computer, 3 emails I have sent them and several times I have tried to phone them without success, as off today I have been unable to connect to work since the 27th November.
I just want someone human to look into my account and get me connected, this is costing me money and causing my mental health to go into overdrive.
I have been with this company since 2022 and why now is there an issue????
Complete waste of time to find out the software is already obsolete and fails to support modern linux distros. Forces you to use dinosaur mode to connect.
Was great for a couple years when they actually let people use it for personal use for free like they advertise. They have since put 2 consecutive 1000 second waiting periods on me despite not doing any work through it. I tried to get whitelisted, but of course they didn't get back to me.

0 customer support, same subscription plan and price, different function next year.
Last year could access 3 devices, renewed only access 1 device.
Contacted customer support 3 emails no reply, called and be advised to email the support team.
Going around circle. No problem solving.

I used this app since before Covid, it was a good app until they put features in place to either annoy you so much you subscribe or you find something else. I have found something else now. glad I did. Greed ruined this app.

setup anydesk and configured it with remote access with password sadly this feature is a gamble at best as your inferior software needs a user to accept WTF you cost me another 1000 KM trip 2x REALLY

AnyDesk has the worst customer service of any company I have worked with. They kept pressuring us to renew our license eventhough we were not using their system anymore. I then told their rep that we no longer needed their service and to cancle the service. Shortly after I saw they charged us for a full years renewal. It had been less than 1 month when I noticed this and sent them an email to cancle the service and refund me. They refused stating that when I asked the rep to cancle it had already been too late to cancle. They are not a reputable company to work with and I will not be recommending them to anybody in the future.

Trash. I understand that developers should be paid for their work. But I use AnyDesk once every 2–3 months, and even then, only to access a computer in the next room so I don’t have to walk back and forth. Now they’ve limited sessions to 5 minutes, and the paid version costs $20 per month. Thanks, but I’ll stick to free alternatives, or just walk to the other room, rather than pay $20 for this.

It accused me of using it for business purposes (not true) which is not permitted. This app can ONLY be used if you are doing personal things AND it does not THINK you are a business. If it thinks you are working for someone while using it it will be problematic. It does work fine if you do not mind waiting 17 minutes before each login (which I actually am fine with because you can just start the app well before you need it) but the internet in the country i am in is glitchy. So the 999 seconds resets after 10 seconds of use each time.
I was under the impression that it does not use any of their resources to connect once it is installed so I do not understand why block people from usage even if they are a business.? I found other software to install. I really think they should have told users that this can happen because i left the country needing to get onto my personal computer and it was a headache getting the other stuff set up.
