Changed to 4 stars after AnyGrape told me they've changed international delivery service - Still haven't received my order, 'thanks' to very unprofessional DPD delivery service in France
Dear AnyGrape,
I loved selection of wines on your website. Ordering was easy and pain free. I was happy that I found Bio Prosecco that I had last time I was in Italy. But, unfortunately I still haven't received it. I've been waiting on it since 1st if August every single day. Every day DPD delivery service promises that they will deliver it on that day. So every day I am waiting in the house to receive it. But then they "decide" that they can't deliver it and ask me to reschedule. I then move it to tomorrow, and the same happens again.
This just happened after another day of waiting on them.
You can check the whole history if you go to DPD website and try to track parcel with number: 250803287494901 (Note: every time you see "the recipient is asked to reschedule their delivery", this means that they couldn't deliver and are asking me to reschedule again).
Frankly speaking at this point of time I don't think that I will receive this order at all.
Maybe you should reconsider and partner with somebody else than DPD delivery service for the parcel distribution in France.
From my point of view, I doubt that I will order again from you and go through this again.

Originally i gave 2 stars because of my experience with delivery service. I just received a message from AnyGrape that they've changed international delivery service. Based on that I've changed my rating to 4 stars. Hope their new delivery service fits the quality of their site and prosecco/wine they are selling!
