HUGE SCAM! Do not trust
HUGE SCAM. DO MOT ATTEMPT TO BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SELLER
I had bought tickets to a football match six months in advance and four days before the match the company CANCELLED my order and gave me a “voucher” for the paid amount. I have tried contacting them MULTIPLE TIMES through multiple emails since mid-May and I have never gotten a response.
Run far far away from these thieves and scammers.

Effective 29 May 2026, AnySeats.net acquired only the domain name ticketgum.com. AnySeats.net is a completely separate business under entirely new ownership and management. We have no affiliation with the previous operators, nor have we assumed any of their liabilities, past customer orders, outstanding vouchers, or refund obligations.
Because your transaction and subsequent cancellation occurred prior to our acquisition date, your order, voucher, and refund request remain solely the responsibility of the previous operators of TicketGum.
We completely understand your frustration regarding how your order was handled by the previous company, and we sincerely hope you are able to reach them for a resolution. Should you ever decide to book a new order with us in the future, we would be pleased to provide you with the high standard of service we pride ourselves on.
