Great item easy to use

I was only looking on your website and clicked on to see what postage would be. It took my order immediately. I contacted them straight away with three emails cancelling the order stating the problem. All i got back was a very ignorant email stating that the warehouse had despatched the item and they couldn't cancel the order. To add insult to injury they even said it was my fault not theirs for the order and should be more careful in the future. I asked for a free return envelope so i wouldn't lose money in returning the item by post. They just said it's not our problem and i have to pay to return it. If this is their ignorant way they treat their customers i don't know what their after sales service would be like. Use this company at your own risk. I would never use them again.

Thus thing sharpened my heavy blade japanese knife that.no other sharpener has done, all the other knives in our kitchen are now like lazer cut razor blades, love it!!!! Quick postage as well!

I found the instructions not very clear. I can't seem to find instructions on sharpening a serrated knife, not sure if I should sharpen in the normal way when sharpening a flat bladed knife?

Saw this on social media, I was 100% suspect of it so gave it a miss for months and got picked by one of those rolling ones eventually. The rolling one blunted my knives (I was fuming) so I was adamant I'd not get fished again. Roll on several months later, all the knives are dead (got some Zwilling and a specially forged chef knife), I'm still lazy and cannot be bothered to use the whetstone. The anysharp advert with the butcher/cornel sanders type guy pops up again and I thought what the heck. I got the Pro one and tested it on my sacraficial knives, it sharpend then so I moved to the Zwilling and it's put a damn sharp edge on it, finally, my posh forged knife....I was nervous but it's worked on that, it cuts through everything!! So, overall, it's not a scam. I also bought the spare blades for the thing. Saved my lazy rear from a whetstone task.

Sharpens very well. Don't put too much unnecessary pressure on knife when using.

It actually works. Plenty others out there, but this is the first that stays put, sharpens easily, and very easy to use. Also one of the smallest. Recommend.

Purchase this knife sharpening kit and was amazed how simple and easy to use. It sharpened all my knife very quickly and they remain sharp. I would recommend to others.

The sharpener definitely works but I find it makes the cutting edge jagged and not smooth. Not sure if it’s because I’m doing it wrong but when I started my first knife, I applied slight pressure and it didn’t do anything so I then applied more pressure and it seemed to sharpen it better, but again, with a jagged edge. There were also a lot of metal filings. By the time I got through my knife draw the kitchen counter was filings everywhere!
