London move

The guys came earlier than planned and finished everything very quickly. They were respectful and effiecient. One issue I had was they carried 3 large leather bags not from their handles , that caused the three bags to rupture and I now I have to replace these bags. Other than that service was excellent

I would highly recommend using this any…

I would highly recommend using this any van company very useful very helpful and excellent team very understanding excellent service i’m very smooth moving I asked they were very friendly and if anyone wants to move anything, I would highly recommend you use this company because you won’t regret it and it came very early and you get a live truck that you can track it I see when your van will be arriving to you, which is very helpful

The removal guys was brilliant

The removal guys was brilliant, they made it look so easy and was quick, they moved a big American fridge freezer, I would definitely recommend anyvan 110%. They was just brilliant

Poor service experience

Poor service experience! The operator didn’t ask which floor I live. My order was cancelled last second and I needed to pay for the rescheduling! Scam company with a below average service.

Spoke at length with operator o…

Spoke at length with operator o describe my item, she booked my job based on all the info. Pickup day the driver missed the collection window by 40mins so couldn't be collected. 2nd attempt completely wrong type of van booked and if I want to cancel the job I have to pay 100%, or pay the same again to book the right van etc.

Premium Service not carried out

I booked the premium service even though I had packed several areas. I admit I had underestimated the number of boxes. I double checked with the WhatsApp chat as to whether the chests of drawers were to be emptied and was told the removers will move the drawers full, great. The removal people told me they had to be emptied, this greatly added to the box count. After 7 hours they told me there was no room for my outdoor large pots, even after negotiating leaving my huge water butt, all of which was in the quote. By this time I was asked to agree to pay nearly another £600. It has taken me awhile to recover and report on it. Also the boxes they used and packing system was awful.

System is made to make customers pay extra money

I had a horrible experience with Anyvan. Moving itself is quite overwhelming and the lack of common sense from their driver and fussing too much to get extra money was just too bad.

So I got a quote for 15 large boxes, 2 offfice desk, 1 office chair, 1 TV stand, 1 TV.

The problem was I ordered medium boxes from Amazon by mistake. So it went around 17 boxes but accordring to their dimensions, 2 medium boxes I had are literally equal to 1 large box as listed in Anyvan. So technically in terms of volume, I only used the space of max 10 boxes. But the driver counted the number, does not care the size. Because of wrong size, I had like 2 backpacks, 1 small luggage, 1 coat hunger and 1 clothes rack left.

So I ended up paying extra 16£, then had to take taxi to go to new place. I would not recommend Anyvan.

The worest company ever the driver who…

The worest company ever the driver who cameto collect my staff is a liar and the company covered him we paid money to get insulted ,customer support is very unprofessional , when we told them our issue they said the driver is not wrong and they asked for evidence that prove that drive away and we said we have more than 3 people saw him drive away non stopping but the company said we need camera photoage near by to prove that they asked for evidence and
We have already provided the evidence, but there has been no response or acknowledgment yet.
They refuse to collect and refuse to give us our money back
